dear sir i bought a model of haier phone c3010 on 9th of nov 2008 and withinin a few day it is out of working. i go to the service centre as there is 1 year warranty but after a 4 days time when i back to service centre its not cured till 21st of november .and they asked me that i will take further 1 week time . kindly look at my matter

haier c3010 phone — delay in repair

i had given the haier c3010 phone on 30 dec 2008 and was told that i would receive it within 8-10days.
till now i havent received it. Also no standby cell was given. Upon calling, there is hardly nay response and the guy who picks up, speaks very rudely.

Haier — Remote mismatching

Dear Sir
i have purchaged one split AC on 22/04/09.after installation this ac in my home, ac is not working.service person told that remote came withe unit is missmatching.several times i informed to the company and the dealer, but they didn't responded.i couldn't able to use ac in this peak summer.pl tell me what to do?

sir in previous week. i changed my phone code.but now i forget it.and when i switched off my mobile than it demand for code .but forget it .so please tell me can i know about my code throw computer.
i don't know about my phone number but it's rate is 1800 Rs. and have feature of radio, black list, recording etc.

THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT I RAHUL GUPTA HAD GIVEN MY HAIER SET C3010 FOR A COMPLAIN REGARDING KEYPAD & SPEAKER PROBLEM ON 02/1/2010. THEY CHANGED THE PCB OF MY PHONE SAYING IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY TILL 10/1/2010.
THE COMPANY GAVE MY PHONE ON 16/01/2010.i.e. 6 DAYS AFTER MY PHONE'S WARRANTY WAS OVER.
AFTER 1 DAY THE SET WAS NOT WORKED AT ALL.
WEN I APPROACHED THE AFTER SALES SERVICE PROVIDER, THEY TOLD THAT THE PCB IS SHORTCIRCUITED DUE TO WATER PORED IN IT.
ACCORDING TO US WE HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING AND LOOKING TO PCB ,THEY CHANGED, IT LOOKS AS IF THEY HAD REPLACED IT WITH SOME OLD PCB.
THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR IT DUE TO LAPSE OF WARRANTY PERIOD.

SO I WANT TO KNOW THAT ,WHEN I WAS NOT GIVEN MY PHONE UNDER WARRANTY, SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHECK IT UNDER WARRANTY.

SO THE FAULT IS OF THE COMPANY , NOT MINE

NOW I WANT THE COMPANY TO REPLACE MY PCB & GIVE ME MY PHONE IN WORKING CONDITION

Haier — BAD CRM APPROACH

I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT FOR REPLACEMENT OF COMPRESSOR OF A WINDOW A/C WHICH IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY SCHEME. BUT COMPANY CHARGED RS. 1800 FOR GAS REFILLING. AND AFTER 1 WEEK I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM. NW I GOT SHIFTED TO NEW DELHI. SO REGISTER A NEW COMPLAINT COMPANY IS ASKING FOR SERVICING N VISITING CHARGES.

Haier — A/C

I have bought a Haier A/C from Viveks, T nagar Chennai. Of course, Viveks guys are more concerned about money rather than the service.

I have been having the constant problem with my 1.5 tom A/C which now I am planning to get rid of it.

My A/c mostly runs in the FAN mode rather the A/C mode. I think they Haier should know the difference between a Air cooler and a Air Conditioner before they launch their product.

I never got any response from the day I bought my A/C. I didn't get any service calls till date not even the first service call.

I have purchased this A/C on Febv 2007 till now I am surviving with lot of patience. I don't know if this complaint is going to yield any benefit but let my compliant be visible to all chennai customers so that they will not buy any Haier product especially from Viveks -Tnagar.

my name is ramkiahor singh i m living in alwar about december i have purchase haier 2040 hendset after 2 month my phone shows display problem
i go to your care center and show this problem .
after 15 days they sey that your set is ready please take him,but when i m took own set same problem found .then take my phone again
after 20 day i m go to your care center and me found answer that your set pc (mother bord) is creat problem so we need to change the set pc
some time need .
after 7 day i m aga in go to your care center and see resut ............result was none
after some days your care center call to me that your set is ready .i m go to your care center and took the phone nd go to home
when i start the phone i m surprised that your care center worker put the haier 2030 pc in my phone and you know that my phone is haier 2040
so my phone again ded I complend the care center they are again take my phone date 26-4-11


at this time when i call your care center nothing sufficent answer found .at this date 1-6-11.no answer that i dont know that how much time is needed
