Dear Executive My fully automatic washing machine has been giving trouble ever since i bought the machine on three occasions i have paid nearly 5,000 rupees for injecting life into the machine the last time, the machine was working and the drier was not operating; the mechanic from Haier Franchisee came ([protected]@gmail.com;[protected]; told us that the part is unavailable and will come back after two days while leaving, he put the entire machine to rest after two days he comes along with an assistant; they worked on the system for some time removed the entire electrical system and while trying to operate the same with a part that they have brought---which they said is expensive--the system made a noise and came to a halt then they said this part does not fit in, we will get back in two days' time getting the part from head office but said that i have to pay for it they never returned to repair the machine; they left the entire machine wide open and rats have started having a daily party around the machine for the past several days i brought this fact to the notice of your customer care executive who sent the same fellow again today he refused to look into the system, when i said you please get the washing portion working and i am not interested in the drying part of the system not working or working he did not carry out the repairs and instead connected me to his manager/owner/franchisee repair shop owner who wanted me to send the previous bills for which i have paid two bills amounting to 2000 i have with me the third bill charged by the above mechanic previously when he visited charged around 2500 and that bill is not traceable the above repair shop might be having a copy of it i am not worried about the money part but the service to say the least is pathetic and thoroughly disgusting you people must learn your lessons from LG ; unfortunately i bought this piece against my wife's advice; all other items in my house are made of LG and LG only and no other brand i am so happy with their service i have nothing to complain at all anyway, if you have the ears wide open and empathize with me and believe the customer and want to help the customer---please ask the repair man to bring the machine back to life----leaving the drying part dead for your kind information, i must add, i am posting this to all the consumer complaints corners----websites in india so that no one else would fall into the trap of buying your dirty products dr.rao [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
