I have a mobile of haier which was I had taken with tata indicom offer of 1100 Rs. but it is not working properly. Error is that when anyone call me than he got a reply that customer is busy in another call. but i am not busy on any call. so pls tell me that what in the mobile .
and tell me the service center details in delhi of Laxmi Nagar .

Haier Applicances India (Pvt) Ltd. / Refrigerator — Annual Maintenance Contract

I own a HRF688 side by side refrigerator of Haier. It stopped working and I complained to the customer care on 7th October,2009 vide the complaint No. 219334. I was contacted by one Amit from customer care informing me about the visit of a technician tomy house. Amit suggested that I should avail the company's AMC fortwo years and it will cost Rs. 9500. When the technician named Manjit visited my house, I paid him Rs. 9500 towards the AMC, he said the customer care will call me to confirm the AMC and the defedctive part will be replaced. When no body turned up, I made another complaint. After few deays one Rishi from Haier came to investigate and told me that the person who collected the amount towards AMC was a fraud and they have received many such comlplaints before. Haier does not provide AMC for two years. The part was replaced and they did not charge for the part.

While the replaced part was costing Rs. 4500, Haier has washed their hands by saying they cannot do any beyond this and are not accountable for the balance amount I paid and they are not willing to provide me the AMC.

End of the day, I felt cheated. Is it not the responsibility of the company to curb such frauds from cheating innocent customers?

I was lodged complaint in Tonk Road service centre .Regarding My Haier C3000 Cdma Mobile Phone Lock. When Iwas Reach Mobil Service Centre .Service Centre Doing Some Thing Then my Mobil Phone totally Dead .Service Centre Told me that due to hard ware problum Phone Require Change of Hardware Now I was waiting Change of Hard Ware Or Mobil. Please Help Me.And Change my mobil set .My Mobil No. Is [protected].

Haier Mobile — not resposed by company

my mobile is not working.
In warranty period , I repaired it from service centre .But it isn't working.
service centre give me a paper for changing mobile
But i don't receive any mobile till now

8month warranty period and 2year ago.

what i do this time??????

i have a mobile set of your co. (model no T1100C) BUT NOW BATTERY IS NOT WORKING.in the market battery is not available. please suggest me from wheres i shall get it.

i have Haier M260 model handset. haier mobile company unable to provide service to their customer. this is the froud company and they have no service center and mobile accessories in india, where customer will go. i am totally unsatisfied from haier handset. plz never purchase haier product.

i have submitted my PF claim on 7/10/09 for my PF ac no DL 28292/615.So far i have not receved any payment or any information from PF office

Haier CDMA Handset, Model C 2030 — no voice outgoing and sick service centres

i bought a HAIER CDMA handset model no. C 2030 in september[ 20/09/2009].I am sick of their service partner's response and their services.they are harassing me with their non-professional attitude.i bought this handset 3 months back and since then i have a problem that my caller could not hear my voice though i could hear them clearly.I have deposited my handset for 4 times,but they return me with the existing problem again and again.This time they are keeping my phone since November 22,2009 and are not returning me saying that it's spare parts are not available.is that my problem?they asked me to wait for 15-20 days long time for repairs on 4th occassion,but are not giving me the handset.please help me. Latest complain number- HA[protected] am suffering a lot and this is causing me a lot of stress.their service partner,s details are as follows:

actually i fogot my 4 digit phone lock code of haier cdma hc-c6000 using tataindicom sim will u please send me my phone unlock code quickly.we can only recieve the call.when i want to see call register or any other then he ask for input code. plz shortout my problem

Haier Mobile — Z1700 model repair long pending (with in warranty)

sir i am purchasing Z 702 last 5 months back .but charger is not working past 3 months iam going to yours service center and show the set and telling the problem to technition at service center they will check the set and confirm the problem is chargering cable is not working .this is in waranty so i submitt the set to the service center as Job No.3028 on 17.11.2009 and they will given the online number as91045155 waranty status is i/w.but they dont response up to till i kindly request you to please replece the charger early as possible please reply for the above early . if you dont reply i am ready to go consumer court.do the needfull.

Mobile C200, Haier purchased on 080409, since then it trouble like anyhting, somtimes charging problem, or its switch off, or display .Bhavior of staff at service center at laxmi nagar is also irritating,
