Cancellation of bus after 90 Minutes of schduled departure.
I have booked ticket from MHOW to Pune on 8 Aug 2009 for journey on 9 Aug 2009 at 20:45 Hrs. When i reached to travel agent at 20:00 Hrs, i was told that the the bus will be arriving at 21:15. My ticket number is 36062.
After making repeated calls i was told that there is a delay due to one of the late coming passenger.
Later on i was told at 22:30 Hrs that bus has been cancelled and money can be refundable only next day morning.
The travel agent was washing his hands by just saying me to call the office of Hans Travels. When i called to Hans travels, he was escaping by just throwing the ball into Travel agents courts. In this blame game ultimately i was the sufferer.
I was suppose to attend office on 10 Aug 2009 for an important assignment, but due to this cancellation without any alternate arrangment i have suffered personally, proffesionaly & financially.
It is very difficult for a non local person to get an alternate arrangement at 22:30 Hrs & who needs to attend the office for an important assignment.
In this regard i expect the Hans Travels to pay me the proportionate compensation & proper action to be taken against the concerned involved.
