[Resolved]  Haryana Roadways — Complaint of Conductor of Bus no. HR - 69/9950

Conductor didn't allow to enter in bus - HARYANA ROADWAYS(Bus No. - 4102 from Ballbgarh to Aligarh on 24-May-14, 8:40 AM)

I boarded a Bus from Ballabgarh around 8:40 am on 24-May-14. This Bus was going to Aligarh and it was a palwal depot bus. I asked for a ticket of Palwal, He told to me to leave the Bus but i didn't agree then he said "Khade hokar jaana padega, seat Aligarh walo ke liye hai" when i opposed he used offensive language and when i warned him of complained, he replied """तुम्हारा जो मन करे वो कर लो कंप्लेंट करो तो कम्प्लेंट कर दो "" . Later he pushed me & finally i had to leave the Bus

He was also fighting with a Old woman regarding the change.he used words with that lady "Khulle paise na hai to paidal chali jaa, bus ka bojh kaahe bada rhi hai...yu bus tere fufa ki na hai jo 100 rs. ka change du tohe:

I am asking why such drivers are there in Haryana roadways who fight with Consumers & don't have fear of Roadways authority?

DON'T YOU THINK THAT THESE KIND OF STAFF IS SPOILING YOUR NAME. SUCH PEOPLE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY & SHOULD BE SENT TO PRISON.

I AM WRITING THIS MAIL TO YOU AS I EXPECT THAT YOU WILL TAKE A VERY STRONG & QUICK ACTION AGAINT THIS CONDUCTOR.

PLEASE TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS CONDUCTOR & TERMINATE HIM.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As we all know that we are having one of the best Public Transport System of India in Haryana. Being the citizen of Haryana it is our core responsibility to develop certain ethics as well as systems to give the best services to our customers. But sorry to say you that we are lagging in this because of certain corrupt employee.

Therefore, I would like to share my daily bad experience with the Hrayana roadways buses route.. I have to travel daily from Samalkha to Panipat for my job purpose and return back by same route. Daily I have to face Two major problems... They are the a) The rude behavior of the conductors not allowing to enter the bus saying that we don't allow the passengers who are traveling for short distances. b)Daily before getting in the bus we have to take permission of the conductors wether they will stop the bus at samalkha or not. Sometime they agree by saying ki "Lkhule paise hai to chado varna uttar jao..." and some insult us saying "chao-chalo utro ye bus Delhi jayegi Utro niche jali" very rudely they insult us. Where haryana roadways buses have to stop at samalkha but they dont allow us to get in bus and if we get in they insult us and ask to get down very rudely...

Kindly provide me the contact no. where i can complain on the spot about that bus and where i can get the problem solved immediately.

Hence, I am requesting you to kindly do the justice to all citizens of Haryana for not spoiling the image of our Transport system.

Dear Sir,
I Pradeep Kanuga aged 51 years boarded this bus from Hodal(Hotel) for Delhi.
The bus conductor knos that I have Bord the bus but he didn't approached to me for ticket inspite of moving in bus he was just sitting ideal on his seat, due to fatigue I got nap and when your ticket inspector (checking squad) got me awaken and asked for ticket, I narrate him the whole scene but he accused me for without ticket and challaned for Rs 220/-
My objections are:-

a) if i am accused/punished for without ticket, the conductor concerned should also be punished for negligence on duty.
b) how can your TI decide I am guilty and concerned conductor is innocent.
c) is this nit the duty of the conductor to collect fair from passenger's.
I am writing this letter to you to do justice and fix the conductor in question an d conductor refused to give me complaint book.

HARYANA ROADWAYS — Conductor don't allow to enter in bus

I travels from Dhola kuan (delhi) to Dharuhera (Rajasthan) once in a week. But conductor of haryana roadways refuse to take passenger for dharuhera.
They only allow jaipur passenger to enter in bus

Nobody will take action online .write complain application to,

Dear Sir,
I was waiting at IFKO chowk for bus to sikanderpur around 7 pm on 11th October 13, when this bus number HR55 Q 5641 arrived and I showed my hand to stop the bus, then driver moved the bus towards me and I was shocked by his driving also he didn't stopped the bus fully and I tried to get into the bus and got hurt by another auto on side. Then I told the driver to driver properly he told me I will not, you can complain about me and he was driving very fast and rough towards MG road he strucked one bike rider and also one auto. Later he turned the bus into such a speed at sikenderpur that 5-6 person waiting for bus fell down.


I want you to take a certain and strict action on that driver, when I asked his name, he didn't disclosed.

I was Coming with my 4 family members in your Haryana Roadways Karnal Depot Bus, Bus No is HR 45B 7021 from Delhi ISBT to Karnal, on 21th Dec 2014 Morning around 12:20 AM. My ticket no is (787223 to 787226 & 171502 to 171509) Total Amount is 420/- rs which i paid to Conductor.
After crossing Delhi when we entered in Haryana the Bus Driver was Start Using Face book & What app on Mobile Phone Continuously 10 to 15 minutes, I told him that, "Sir its Heavy Fog outside, so please don't use face book & what app in Mobile" but he didn't put his mobile & he was Contentiously driving with using face book & what app on mobile.
After 15-20 minutes around when we were Near Murthal on the National Highway i Capture his picture while Driving using face book in Mobile & also Capture a pic of outside fog. Bus Driver shout on me & he was Abuse me in his haryanvi language, & also told me " Do what ever you want". after that he started Smoke while driving, i again told him that "sir please don't Smoke while driving, if you want to smoke you can stop the bus, go outside & smoke".
this time he told me that "you know i was driving since 4:00 AM Morning of 20th Dec 2014 & what you know hows Risky our job is!"
I was Surprised & go back to my seat.

Furthermore, After crossing Gharounda he didn't pay Toll Tax Near Kutail Toll plaza while Bus Conductor was giving money to him for Toll Tax.

Moreover, i told to Conductor that please drop us in Karnal Nirmal Kutia Bus Stop, he Refuse us & told me that Bus will go Bus Stand from Namesty Chowk. At that time we were 9 Passengers in Bus in which 3 Passenger wants their drop at Sec6 Chowk karnal & 4 we were wants Our Drop at Nirmal kutia Chowk, Only rest of two people wants their drop at Karnal bus Stand.
I Asked Conductor "when bus is Karnal Depot & we want our Drop On Karnal Bus Stops On the route Only, Why you Guys are Not Drop us at Our Droping Point ".
He Reply me that if you wants your drop on Highway Bus Stop then In case you have to Sit in Chandigarh Depot Bus Only.
Furthermore, I Asked him Please give me Complaint Book. Both of them refuse me that they Don"t have any complaint Book & Drop us on Bus Stand.

Now if i tell about his Driving, it was really a unsafe driving for others vehicles.

Now, i want a Stick Action Against Bus Driver, it was really a Bad Experience in Karnal depot Bus at Night time.

I travels from Rajeev Chowk Gurgaon to Dharuhera. But Haryana Roadways buses not go under overbridge. It is going all buses uper over bridge(pull). Passenger go to toll tax any vehicle, but conductor of roadways buses not open windows. The conductor of haryana Roadways Bus No. HR-69B/6591 at near 7 PM dated 28.12.2015 on Khedki dhaula toll tax use wrong word and try to war from rod. I run away dharuhera otherwise both driver & conductor heavy injury to me. This bus Conductor or driver Haryana roadways buses was not use dress & name plate.

I travels Dharuhera to Rajeev chowk Gurgaon. But haryana roadways buses not go under
over bridge in Dharuhera. It is going to all buses uper over bridge. Passenger only see to
bus but not profit of bus.


I am writing this mail to you as i expect that you will take a very strong & amp; Quick action against this conductor & Driver.
PLEASE TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS CONDUCTOR & Driver TERMINATE HIM.

Suggestion:- 1. Conductor or driver Haryana roadways buses do not use dress & name plate.
2. The driver of haryana roadways do not buses at permanent stop. he stop 200 miter before ya
200 miter after. Passenger do not safe.
3. Use wrong words.
4. Conductor do not give ticket to passenger or cash put on conductor pocket.
5. Do not use dress Flying of Haryana Roadways.
6. On Stand Stop point duty employees public not satisfication.
7. The driver of Haryana Roadways do not stop buses at Bus stop because do LOSS EVERY DAYS.
8. Genral manager & other officer of Haryana Roadways don't check duty point employee.

Very bad service bus no hr38Q 0370 ... This is ac bus . but ac is not working... And we pay ac bus fare.. But this not good .. If your ac is working that is ac bus and we pay ac bus fare if ac not working that is non ac bus.. Than we pay non ac fare.. But thus bus condector say you pay ac fare why... That is not good

Dr sir i have a camplain against hariyana roadways...but i forget the bus number.but this bus was narnaul depo.
And its rout is nangal choudhary to narnaul..nd it departured from nangal choudhary to narnaul at 06:05am..its rout was local rout..
I had two bags and i told to conductor to open the back gate.then conductor entered the bus nd driver started the bus and go..
I soughted to stop the bus and still conductor was looking at me..and driver also looked me in the mirror .i was standin near by back gate of bus...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am always traveled in 09:30am to 10:00am from palla to sec.29 in Faridabad.the conductor always ask me for changed 5.00 rupees. But i am always give that changed of 5 rupees to evening conductor.But Today morning he quarrel with me with loud voice in bus for 5 rupees changed and said that "I have always gave 5 rupees to her".Please instruct to them behave smoothly with the passenger with smile and used hindi language not a local language which was not understand every passenger.He said to me if you have not changed than traveled in auto.

I just want to say instruct every conductor to behave smoothly with passenger.

and many time they take Rs.5.00 from me and never give me ticket.One time i was said for ticket he said to me that i have never a shop for changed.

I am very hopeful with you.Please take action.

सविनय निवदेन यह है क़ि मैने दिनांक[protected] को बस पास नंबर 2127087 के पक्ष में अपने बैंक खाते से ओन लाइन पेमेंट क़ि थी जो क़ि पहले पेमेंट न होने के कारण मैने दोबारा से अपने खाते से पेमेंट कर दी . जिनके इ-चालान नम्बर 23695268 दिनांक[protected] रुपया 957/- सफल और दूसरा इ चालान नम्बर 23697474 दिनांक[protected] रुपया 957/- असफल है जबकि मेरे बैंक खाते से दोनों के रुपया 959.77/- प्रत्येक के पैसे कटे है . जबकि बैंक में पता करने पर बैंक ने बोला है क़ि हमारे यहाँ से सफल ट्रांसक्शन हुई है आप हरियाणा रोडवेज झज्जर में बात करो .

अत: आप से निवदेन है क़ि आप मेरी दोनों इ चालान के पेमेन्ट चैक करके जिस भी इ चालान के पैसे रोडवेज के पास नहीं पहुंचे है उस इ चालान के बारे में लिख कर देने का कष्ट करे जिसे मै बैंक को दिखा कर अपने पैसे वापस प्राप्त कर सकूँ .

I took Haryana Roadways bus from Ballabhgarh to Hodal on 9th April 2021 at around 5:40 pm. Ideally the bus should drop the passengers at Hasanpur chowk and then it should go to bus stand but instead the driver dropped all the passengers at bust stand at around 7:05 pm without going to Hasanpur chowk.
Also the Hodal bus stand is poorly lighted. No boards, no lights, It was dark and I felt so unsafe there.

Respected Sir,

I want to bring your kind attention towards the behavior of bus conductor of your karnal depot. Sir, I am a serviceman and from Shahabad Markanda I use to go karnal.but in evening from karnal one bus from Jhajjar(BUS NO. HR63 C1139) had done foolish deed. The conductor of the same bus misbehaved with me yesterday at 8:40pm near sec-6 chowk, karnal.He asked me to get off the bus in midway before I reach.Now you tell, how can we reach Shahabad on time if this continues. I always bought ticket, never travel for free. Then why should I tolerate this kind of behavior? Why?
So I request you to take strict action should be taken against such bus conductors.
