[Resolved] Hathway — Amount Not Refunder after some many reminder | |||
Dear Sir A/c No. 797591 : Disconnection of service & Refund (As there is no service available) With reference to the above subject, I was a subscriber of Hathway Broad Band Internet Service & moved to new location and requested to shift the internet service, As there is no service available in the new place. I have surrender the required equipment as requested by HATHWAY. Please find the attachment for the same. I have changed my plan also after few months was used (ultra 512) only for 9 days the new package. The Hathway Promised as there is no feasible of signal & they promised to pay back the refund and promised, but so far no information. I have so sent many mails but no response from anywhere either from the Hyderabad or from the head office Mumbai. Its almost one and half year back.
