VERY POOR RESPONSE FOR A NEW CONNECTION TOO. IT SEEMS HATHWAY IS NOT INTRESTED IN BUSINESS OR HAS GOT MORE CUSTOMERS THAN THEY CAN HANDLE.

hathway internet services is very bad means "Bad Of Bad".i am hathway old customer.
but he cant provided servises..

My A/C No.699595 with Hathway broadband internet connection. The speed of the postpaid connection was drastically reduced in June 2011 itself on the plea that the 100% usage exceeded (under the presumption of M/s Hathway, perhaps - as if the user would not pay if the same speed is maintained). This postpaid was concerted into 'unlimited prepaid' in order not to exceed the higher payment limit and the advance quarterly payment was taken for the prepaid connection. But, to my utter surprise, the situation has turned from bad to worse, as the 'so-called hathway broadband internet connection' speed is @ 5.6 kbps/sec. Instead, the dial-up could have been much better.
I agree with above complaints.I got recent experience 2011.
Most of these comments are pre-2011 and most are in fact two or three years old. It is then a surprise that Hathway has made no effort to change themselves. Their technical support is dreadful in Pune. I wrote to their CE Mr Jayaraman a few months ago when every day they used to be closed for about 8 hours. They improved a little but this man Jayaraman seems to live in the stone age of consumerism and did not bother to acknowledge. I have paid for a full year but Hathway seem to take perverse pleasure by giving service only for about 9 or 10 months.

it is 2016 and the service of Hatway is awful . Cheaters and liars . The internet speed is not good as they promise . Dont know how these fraud companies still exist in the market
one of the most disgusting company i have ever seen. Such a fools, specially mira road branch. U keep on calling them, they are just not bothered to pick up. ABSOLUTE WHEN IT COME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The day is not far when this company will fall on its head, once some more new companies comes in this field.
Such a shame. I think they should make use of their market share and monopoly and build on to it. Let me know if its directors are interested in learning how to run the company.

The only solution their engineers have is 'FORMAT YOUR PC'. What BS yaar. They first try to test your computer knowledge and once you show ignorance about some things they will start swindling you and finally end with 'FORMAT YOUR PC' crap.
I have 512happyway quarterly. I get a speed of only 1.3 - 3.0 kbps which is just terrible. My internet doesn't connect most of the times. My neighbors internet opens at my PC often and all sorts of crap.

Two days before i contacted your representative but till today no replay, Pl start my internet connection immediate S/N[protected] and MAC 00252ED669BA.
I have launched a complaint yesterday Still, there is no call or the problem is not resolved really i am feedup up with the service they have given .
But if there is payments issue they are quite prompt just u call them they will be in your door step in fractions. Hathway is there is in market just to grab the money from the market & nothing else.

do not return the device back..The say that they will give you a demand draft, but they are fooling . Do not give the wifi router back to them

These people are cheated me on broadband connection. I have taken this broadband connection 9 months before. Every alternative days I’m facing problem like internet disconnection. From past 2 weeks I’m fed up with these people and continuously every day net connection was disconnected so many times. Immediately call back to customer care then respective area executive will come and resolve it otherwise automatically it will connected. I didn’t understand what’s wrong. Even today also net was disconnected so many times. Since morning I called 6 times to customer care to resolve the issue. I have an option to work from home and from past 2 weeks I’m facing these problem and my salary also deducted because of this internet issue.
I request to resolve this issue ASAP.
And Please don’t take Hathway Broadband connection.
