[Resolved] Hathway — Account not activated after taking money in advance | |||
Hi, Please be aware of Hathway the internet service provider. They will ask you to pay the money first to activate a particular internet plan to your account. I have paid them money on 20th Aug 2011 the entire payment for one and half month in advance before even using the service with a promise from there end that the account will be activated by same day afternoon. The next 4 days went in vain till Tuesday evening 23rd Aug 2011 the account was not made available to the customer. I have connected 5 times with customer to get my account activated from Hathway. Also, to be NOTED IT TAKES ABOUT 8 - 10 MINUTES FOR YOU TO REACH EITHER OF THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AGENT AND THEN THEY ARE RUDE TO ANSWER YOUR QUERY. Please be aware of this kind of Fraud...
