i have puchased a hcl computer system from vikram electricals dariyaganj with machine serial no 3087az146045 on 13.6.08 and ur person came to install on 14.6.08 and found some problem on motherboard and advised me to lodge complain to ur helpline. naturally they gave me a complaint no146080149 but till today i.e. 18.6.08 my computer system is not woking as per specification. simaltaneously i also contacted with vikram electricals but they r helpless and advised me to wait
now question is arising is this a wecare4u

dear sir,
Sir I have purchased HCL desktop with serial no.-7074am01562, intel(R), pentium(R) D CPU 3.00ghz, 3.01GHz, 504MB of RAM two year before from Jammu (janipur road near doordarshan, new plot, 5, a commercial business partners j&k state) now the problem is:- its display start automatically off and on not CPU, only TFT whenever i am working on the computer.
please suggest me the best way to rectify the problem as soon as possible

Dear Sir,
I got hcl leaptop from our college {bareilly}.I registered a complaint on 29 October 2009 for dvd writer in Janakpuri service center, Bareilly .But still[16 DECEMBER 2009] i did not get parts from hcl .I m a management student so i need a notebook but unfortunatly i m still waiting for parts from hcl.
Please take required action against hcl serveic center BAREILLY.Otherwise i will approch to the upper level.

4. sometimes when power is on nothing appears on screen den againt i have to switch off via emergency off
and den restart again

sir i purchased a laptop model axop 3838 from nehru palace new delhi from ssdn infosolution that shopkeeper has cheated me and given me old version laptop dual core rather than giving me core 2 duo i had money sufficient to buy c2duo but they black mailed me by saying what is ur use why you want to buy c2 duo in a day u can watch a movie or can use little bit net . now a days noone is buying dual core after 2 days i approached to him that can u get it exchanged by c2 duo they replied 16000/= i can give which has purchased on 24600/= just 2 days ago one kindly take necessary action against that shopkeeper not to repeat same in future so that innocent buyer cant trap in his net.

Sir, I purchased a desktop computer core 2 duo processor model no. a087az086743 from Sky Solution in April 09. Now I have many problem with this computer. I made many complaint (complaint no. 211100016, 182100072, 202100213) to customer care but they didn't any action. After few days your engeineer came and said it is a problem of motherboard then he said it is a problem of hardisk. Actually he was not able to find out the problem. He replace the hardisk, motherdisk, smps, ram, proseccor etc with old ones.I want to know did I purchase a new computer or old one. Now I am not able to accpet this computer Please replace it with new one. thaking you.

i have hcl b38c2d model (collection of garbage parts).. your service center person are just damm fool..they dont know anything...they know only one thing if any part is not working just replace it..my hardware failing again & again ...they just change that part but still my leaptop is not working..your every customer feel foul..i need u r good engg that can find out what the real problum...

We had purchased HCL system on 3 months before... now My system cant explore... have to repair windows XP. I think one file s missing in windows. i already complained twice.. Mr. Selvakumar from tirupur( Business executive), he took order from me... In office, they didnt response till now
but now, he didnt pick our call... Good company but irresponsible workers...

HCL IS PROVIDING WORST SERVICE PLEASE DON, T BUY ANY HCL PRODUCT BECAUSE IF YOU GET ANY PROBLEM IN ANY PART OF YOUR MACHINE THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU REPAIRED PART (NOT BRAND NEW ) . I HAD BEARD THIS PROBLEM ONCE MY MOUSE WAS NOT WORKING AND I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AFTER FEW DAYS THEY CAME WITH AN OLD REPAIRED MOUSE WHEN I ASKED THAT EXECUTIVE HE SAID " HCL JO PART DETA HAI HUM WAHI LGATE HAI " AT THAT VERY MOMENT I CALLED HCL COSTOMER CARE THEN THET SAID THE WE PROMISE WE WILL GIVE YOU NEW MOUSE IN NEXT 30 DAYS BUT THEY HAVE NOT GIVE ME OR REPLIED ME YET .

It is better not to buy or deal any thing from HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD as in HCL both, the customer and the HCL staff are totally harresed by the company and its Management .It is the request to the nation
Big banners and helicopters are seen in the adds but it is all fake.RCEMS and DGM's and higher authorities make merry by dealing with shares whole day without doing any thing and careing about their staff and sorting out their problem and also do not care to visit any customer or sought out their problems.
Any requirement and jobs asked by the management to them is transffered to the juniors shoulders and they are free to sit waisting their times.During upraisals junior staff suffers and they are free to get promoted for the work done by the juniors.This is HCL's management policy.
So friend decide what needs to be done on your own

any one who deals with HCL will get the same type of experience at some or other time, Because, The management has gone mad because of no business... The management is harrasing their junior staff instead of taking to task, the senior managers like RCEM, AGM, DGM and GM's who enjoy their post by doing nothing but wasting their office time in surfing the stock markets.
Ask any Sr.Manger whether they visit any customer for their problems or ask any staff whether the manager takes any pain in solving the juniors problem.
Frquent visits of the seniors from HO is done to the regional offices, but only for giving orders to the juniors, the RCEM'a and DGM's, act only as a medium doing nothing. i.e. just transfer the jobs from their shoulders to the juniors and also get promoted fast for doing such jobs by the management.
such is the work style of HCL.Also they undertake projects, fooling the customer and do no complete the same on time.Try and enquire for the truth for your self

hcl call center is not sending any technician inspite of calling at call center no. 18601800425. my complaint no. is 1900019342 for my desktop computer which was launched on 27 july 10. i have already spoken to the team supervisor mr snatan many times they are not provididng me the details of their higher officials in their heirarchy. its its been more than a month inspite of being caal center kept on promising that they are definatly technician today, but that today has has not yet came. i am definately going to sue HCL for this, and i will go to consumer court if my system is not going to be all right. as my system is not even 1 year old and its giving problem from the time its been purchsed.

I am stating this to all who are taking HCL laptops and desktops
You should be completely aware of the product support that you are getting from the company
HCL is one of the worst companies to provide IT maintenance support
I am working for HCL thats why i am telling u all the things
I will give you an example
The manager if he issues a laptop to some consumer the product support is given by some diploma engineer
who dosent have any experience related to that
HCL is just recruiting people to get work done from them in lesser money as much as they can
The no.1 employer in india just to use people

Sir,
I have purchased a disktop (EZEEBEE TOP T321 PDC)on 11th Junuary, 2010, bearing Sr. No. A 097AZ 050563. I have gone through a problem with CPU of switching on. I have registered a complaint no. 1900039769. The Service Engineer visited to me, and found fault in RAM as well as in moterboard. He took both the components with him and committed to get replaced within a week. Unfortunately, I have to say that the replacement could not be done till today, I have remined the HCL several time. But neither any action is taken nor a satisfactory answer they deliver. Please loook the matter personally in the interest of company as well as custome's faith. I am scared about the poor service that you provided to me.
