myself d k biswas residing at 18/3a bsnl type 4 quarter kali bari marg new delhi 1 mobile no 9868240097 is giving u an example of we care 4 u
i have puchased a hcl computer system from vikram electricals dariyaganj with machine serial no 3087az146045 on 13.6.08 and ur person came to install on 14.6.08 and found some problem on motherboard and advised me to lodge complain to ur helpline. naturally they gave me a complaint no146080149 but till today i.e. 18.6.08 my computer system is not woking as per specification. simaltaneously i also contacted with vikram electricals but they r helpless and advised me to wait
now question is arising is this a wecare4u

myself narendra i purchase a leaptop 39 serial no.is 9093ae108934 in 2009 and its bluetooth doesn't work and have a power button problem when i want to on it then sometimes it on but sometimes it takes 2 days to on, , , i had launched the complaint in bareilly 2 times and after that they tkes 20 days both d time to solve the prob. but after that it doesn't work. so wat i have to do, , , this is service provided by you and you told that hcl inssured assurance, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , wats this plz help me out hcl is a reputed company

this side nikhil here...i brougth a computer which isnt wrking from such a long time...made several complains still no reply...please make sure it works again...i got very disppoint that no steps are being taken by hcl even after making such a lot of complains.

Hello Mr. so called customer care,
I have puchased a hcl computer system from Computer gallery, Chandani chowk, Kolkata with machine serial no 9101AA234942 on November 2010. After 2-3 months of purchasing ; system is continuosly displaying "IRQL-NOT-Less-OR-Equal" message in a blue screen, due to that I am not able to work .I have called the Computer Gallery and HCL Customer care as well . They suggested me to contact Mr. Shubendhu (HCL C.C Employee) and ur person came to check the issue, oops one thing I forget to mention after 3 times visit he found there is a problem with hard disk and advised me to lodge complain to ur helpline. naturally they gave me a complaint no146080149 but till today i.e 1st Aril 2011 my computer system is not woking as per specification. simaltaneously i also contacted with Computer Gallery but they r helpless and advised me to wait.
now question is arising is this a wecare4u. One more thing, If no action will taken for this then I am going to lodge complaint in consumer court.I am damn serious about it.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a HCL Laptop in February 2011 and now I have logged a complaint (Complaint Number-8400038717) for keypad replacement as recommended by HCL Engineers against this complaint.
We have'nt received any furthur assistance from HCL Support since 1 month of the complaint.
Please look into the matter as I am facing problems in using my Laptop.
