computer — Poor After Sales Support

I purcahsed a computer fromM/s Seagul Infotech on teh 24th of Sep08 and since then I had nothing but problems, the mother board has stopped working uncountable time and the service received from the vendor for underwhelming also with ina year the RAM also stopped working and now I am not getting any help from the Vendor.
MY COMPLAIND IS THAT MY DEXTOP PC DVD WRITER IS NOT WORKING PRPERLY
HCL Desktop — DVD not reading
I purchased a HCL Desktop on 20th July, 2008 from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad. Since last three months its DVD drive is not reading DVDs and giving problem in writing a CD also. I lodged a complaint with the Reliance during the M/o May, 2009. One engineer visited my house and found the DVD is having some problem and assured that it will be sorted out either by the HCL company or by them but since then no one visited. Since last 15 days i am daily making complaints over phone. All the time i am being assured that engineer will visit me on the day but no one is visiting.I am really fad-up with the services they are providing to their customers. I think Reliance Managing committee is not having any control over their employees.
My last complaint number is [protected] lodged on 28/6/2009.
HCL Desktop Computers — Not attending the complaint
The complaint was registered at service centre vide complaint No. 70171 (Jaipur, Rajasthan office), But after few days while confirming from jaipur office it was reported that complaint has been attended but problem still presists.HCL/Desktop — BAD SERVICES, BAD WARRANTY SERVICES, BAD DEALER,
NOT GOOD IN SERVICES. IN WARRANTY THE REPLACE DAMAGE PICE WITH NOT NEW PICE. THEY GIVE USED PICE DO NOT WORK PROPERLY.DEALERS IS ALSO NOT GOOD.
PRODUCTS R ALSO NOT GOOD.
WE R FACING LOT OF TROUBLE.
PLEASE DO SOMTHING.

HCL Desktop computer — no response on complaint till 24 days
I have some problem with sound in my pc.I complaint on 4 sept. 2009 by phone.The person receive my call told me that engineer visit me on 7 sept. 2009 (Monday). But there is no one came even after one week.After some days my Pc also stop working, I again call there and I got the same reply that engineer visit next day.But no one came. I call them many times but got the same reply. No engineer visit me till after 24 days of my complaint.
WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

HCL — DVD Drive not recognizing dvd's
the dvd drive is not able to recognize dvd's it only recognizes cd'sand the dvd drive is of securdisc from HCL

HCL Desktop computer — DVD & MOUSE not properly working
I purchased a HCL Desktop on 28th may, 2008 from M/S SKOP,105, SAHYOG BUILDING, 58, NEHRU PLACE,NEW DELHI-110019. HCL — sarvise very poor
i was purchase a leaptop hcl. wy leaptop dvd writer is not work proper. so i am going service center he say this part changed within 10 days but i have not recived 1 month.HCL Desktop computer — CPU NOT WORK PROPERLY

HCL/Desktop — very poor service
sir my name sanjeev kumar address-202/150 old bairahana Allahabad. i have purchased a hcl desktop[ rs. 25000] computer from prayag computer m.g marg civil lines Allahabad. date[protected]. warranty 3 year from the date of purchase, from which date i purchased this one i am very disappointed. after purchased company provide very poor service. after any complaint a engineer does come and take the part of the machine. it be replaced[old not new] service time minimum one month.i have many complaint voucher of this machine, like dvd,front usb port etc,and now before one month my system creating restarting probllem i called the cusotomer care [protected]. he gave me complaint num-[protected] engineer came and checked the machine many types, and sys that motherboard problem, it be back to the company and after one month he gave me a old motherboard[ repaired] but he also replaced the smps[system fan] without reporting to me. i think that he personally replaced the smps fan. without reporting company and me becse he took hole cpu machine to me. .................plse help SANJEEV KUMAR EMAIL - [protected]@GMAIL.COMHCL — VERY POOR SERVICE CENTER
Hello Sir,Here i am complaining about my HCL LAPTOP

I felt many problem regarding HCL Service center.They promised that their engineer will contact within 48 hours after complaining about my laptop funtional problem.But no response from long time.Even they do not pick up customer calls.HCL is increasing their branches all over India but they are not looking their quality and service.Please do not increase your fake reputation like best in all.Its not first time but i faced it many times.I like to suggest to customers,Please mind it and beware of Hcl activities.

The system gets hanged up even while playing almost any game which
reguires a system configurationvery much lesser than my computer.
with regard to this complaint i called up for the service personels
about5 to 6 times till now.but they where unable to clear the complaint.
Then i asked them for replacement of the computer and they are giving
unhealthy reasons and are delaying the replacement.
please take necessary action against the dealer and give justice.or
otherwise we may have to take the help of court.
