HCL Desktop — HCL Complaint

Dear sir we have purchased some desktop and have warranty bearing Sr. No. 4106AA146734. Unfortunately, the CPU got down. I have registered a complaint no.[protected], and Engineer visited me and found the problem in Motherboard He took both the equipment for exchange and committed to be replaced within a week. But could not be replaced till today. Painfully, I have to register this complaint for the poor service, that the HCL is providing. Please look the matter personally, so that the coming customer can faith on HCL.
