FAKE OFFER LETTER, ASKING FOR MONEY

I have got a fake job interview letter. with demand of rs. 8300 as a security.kindly take a strict action on it as soon as possible. This letter has come through a sms containing a link www.ifile.it/0bh2tga which contains an offer letter. Deatails given in that letter are as follows:

Address - Plot No. 18, Sec. 15, Industrial area, G T Karnal Road, New Delhi - 110001

Please do something as fresher candidates may become victim of such threats.
