HCL Infosystems Ltd. — pathetic customer service

I bought the desktop on 06/09/2009, Since the first day,I was getting shock frm the system.I thought it could be issue with the home internal wiring.I checked tht everything was fine,I shifted the system in another room as well but problem was still same. I was also getting error on the system which was software error .I called HCL customer support centre & regarding the software ,the person ,his name was Rahul ,he said tht your warranty doesn't cover software problems & said that I will be chgd to fix the issue.I informed him tht i checked in the system,this error was of HCl EC2 software which is HCL's own software,Finally ,he agreed to fix it.i also informed him regarding the issue of shock frm the system.He asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs as Technician wil come at my place to fix both issue .He gave me the ref #[protected] dated 15 sep,09.Its been more than a week now,nobody has come at my place to fix the issue.So,I am waiting for my system fixed which is the new system on which I recently spend Rs.24000/-.it hurts so much when you spend so much money on a new product & also on a branded product like HCL. Moreover ,it is paid ph.# of customer care which hurts more .It is really worst & pathetic customer service of HCL. I am really disappointed with my decision to buy HCL computer.

The costomer care cell of HCL Infosystems Ltd. is very poor. No one in the company has come out to solve the problem. or look after any problem. if these problems has been sorted out or not. The frenchisee of HCL are too poor. they are trying to kill the time so that warranty period of computer lapse out.
I have purchased a desk top from aanchal electronics on 31/12/2008

Its BIOS setting and other matter which are shown at the beginning of the computer are not properly visible becuase there have purchase a desk top from aanchalelectronics lakshmi electronics on 31/12/2008

Its BIOS setting and other matter which are shown at the beginning of the computer are not properly visible becuase they are seen as curling lines on the screen so we are unable to read any thing at that moment kindly do the needful at the earliest

In this connection a complaint was made on dated 24th august but this problem was not sorted out and said they will sorted out very soon. I was waiting for the sorted out of this problem but in wain.

again I have made a complaint (NO 30 B0 900 90 )thier enigneer told us that this is a problem of RAM and Other problem is due to fault of front pannels. these have to be changed. he came on date 1/12/2009 but till date no communication has been made to me. Time is running out, as the purchaging date is coming near by.
Is these are the tacts of the HCL to kill the time and say the time is over, now there is no responsiblity of them to sorted out any problem.

I again appeal to sorted out my problem because this problem is running my computer from very beginning and I am waiting someone from HCL to sorted out.
