Dear sir/madam, I bought a HCL laptop from new delhi 2 years ago. now i find my CD writer can not write when i used nero which was provided to me with the laptop.Earlier i never tried to write anything. Whatever, i went to the service centre on[protected] at 203,bajaj house,nehru place,new delhi.They checked it and said CD writter is damaged. So ,it need to be replaced. As a new piece of Cd writter drive was not available with them ,so they asked me to come later after confirmation from Miss Jasbeer.They charged me Rs 500, but did not give me the receipt as the concerned official had already left.After 10 days one of my friend having some knowledge of computers came to me . He checked my system and told me your writer is alright, nero will not work. You try with other software. I tried with XP inbuilt Cd writing system and found everything is fine. So, my complaint to you is about- 1. Inefficiency of your people. 2. If you receive money ,then give receipt. As i am not at fault, why should i pay for? Coming again to collect it is wastage of both time and petrol. Please try to increase the knowledge of your people as HCL Laptops are yet to become a consumers 1st choice. I bought a HCL laptop from my college capus itself in Tiruvannamalai one year ago. After 3 month my laptop was not working properly, first the DVD Writer does't work and followed that my laptop does't switch On properly, some times it will switch ON but Not at all times. I handed over my laptop to our college to take proper Repairs but they kept my laptop 1 month after that they advised to give any HCL service centre in chennai. I did that also But yet no Resolution on that, they charged 750 for normal charge and 1750 for DVD Writer but the Laptop Does not Switch ON. i contact the respective persons again regarding the problem but they wont reply any thing also they doesn't take care on that. It is very sorry to me sir, Till now i am Patient about 8 month on this same problem, What is the meaning on that, What can i do for that,
So, my complaint to you is about-
1. Inefficiency of your people.
2. How do i can Repair my laptop with the right service person.
2. If you take any repairs you have resolve that all proble, not only what you can.
Please try to increase the knowledge of your people as HCL Laptops are yet to become a consumers 1st choice.

i have complained in my hcl laptop brought in nov.2008, when i use my laptop on battery & shows 100% full after 20 to 30 minutes it turn off without any messaging...pls give me any solution give me contect no.of rohtak & noida service centres..
