[Resolved]  Hcl Laptop — Laptop battery not the original one after servicing from MUMBAI HCL SERVICE CENTRE

MY BATTERY WAS REPLACED

PROOF - While buying the laptop all the description list was provided which had correct serial number.
And now it is different one after service centre has returned laptop.

Also check sample treiling mail which will tell the kind of service provided and response.
I also have my phone bills where I use to call them heavily.

As discussed with Ms. Sonali from your team looking ahead for urgent reply on the same issue as she said that she will discuss same issue with management, update asap whether my battery which is replaced at your service center (purposly or by mistake) can be given having serial number - GA1086, or else please sayno from your side so that I can take further action on complete case and let you know the seriousness of customer in trouble since long time.

NOTE - On my 1 and 2nd call in the morning I was assured that I will get call back and now Ms. Sonali at 3.30 PM says that she will discuss issue with management, means yet this issue is not discussed.

Hi team,

There are some issues after receiving the laptop please update on same.

Reply on these Concerns please :

1. The seal behind the laptop is not applied. ?

2. Even after receiving the laptop customer is not satisfied with the service which were provided and the spare parts of laptop are either changed or misplaced.

3. My battery item code is GA1086 (I also have the details with HCL stamp which was provided while buying the laptop) and it was made in Korea but current battery code
is not matching and it is made in China one.

4. In the morning I had word two times on[protected] with receptionist and also with the engineer (The name he told was sanjay- not aware if some one lied) and both of them assured that by the EOD I will get a call after investigation.

5. The audio port of my laptop were loose and not so tight as they are this time I am finding some changes internally. We need an open inspection of Laptop at your ASC so that I can check all my internal parts at ASC.

The work which is done on the frame is not 100% clean (perfect).

IMAGES
One image wil show the current battery having remarks as MADE IN CHINA but my battery was having remark as MADE IN KOREA.
Second image is diaplaying item list which specifies my battery code (will come and discuss with documents if image is not clear).

It is already lots and lots of harrasment to me as genuine customer looking ahead for prompt response.

After called at your service center the engineer says that he neither knows hindi, english, not marathi, also the revert was given

Issue - Laptop not received (Please revert soon on mail).



Please check as the Laptop with Service number 3095 or 1934 given by Ishan Chowdhry on 22 / 23-Dec-2009 is not repaired yet.

We are taking followup for same since last 2 months on[protected] and every time what we get is new date or we are asked for a week more. This time I got reply on call saying that Laptop will be returned on Saturday[protected] after speaking to

Mr. Gupta Sharma ([protected]).



We are using this laptop for our personal business and earning almost 25,000 per month (I can show you cheques / bank statements for same) hope you can check some of the special S/W installed which will give you an idea about same. And this laptop is at your service center for almost 2 months hope you can calculate the loss which I have faced due to this delay in service (50,000 approx or more).



NOTE - If any given mail ID is incorrect ensure that it is marked / forwarded / addressed to correct authority

Ensure that the laptop warranty is getting finished by March-2010 hope you resolve all the notified issues within it.

Your internal operational / hardware issues are purely yours (I can understand but cannot accept it more).



Please update me on following -

1. Confirmed date in mail as when can I get my Laptop back (with all corrections properly and no work-around solution) ?

2. If the service date is extended please arrange the latest Laptop model (seal pack) with warranty so that same can be used and

returned once my laptop is done ?

HCL/LAPTOP — Delay of service repair

i had given my laptop to the service centre in sec-17 chandigarh for repair as it had problems with its hardisk.it has been nearly 20 days and they are unable to perform the desired work.i dont know how much more time will they take.when contacted they just tell me to wait for 3-4 days more as their so called "dispatch" from office has not reached.
i am a student and all my work related to my projects and studies are hampered due to it.i now regret buying this company's laptop.other companies like dell are very prompt atleast in their service.

HCL LAPTOP — extreme delay in return from service centre

i had given my laptop for repair of the lcd. because it was not working properly but it again never worked properly when it return to me from the service. this was the second time that i gave for the replacement of the lcd. but since 2 months has gone there is no returning of my laptop from the service centre. sometimes i told them that i would go to consumer court but they did not took any action.i gave it at jalandhar centre of hcl.i think they don't afraid of you. i sbmitted it on the name of avneet kaur.
