I purchased a HCL laptop from P&P HCL shop - Vellore - Tamil Nadu.
in the month of Nov'07, now it is out of warranty.
Whereas now my laptop stopped functioning, which has been handed to the
same shop where i purchased, for repairing, Which has been forwarded to
Vasavi Computers - the so called authorised service people for HCL at vellore,
attended by Mr Yuvaraj who claims that the board has to be
replaced which will cost 19000 /- Rs.
How come such claims from the customer without even sending it to the HCL service
center and know wat exactly is the fault and get it rectified instead of a baseless claim of 19000 /-
Talking to the HCL touch center... ther is no proper response,
Receptionst Ms. Kavita coudnt talk anything technical, when asked to transfer the call,
she refused and said, talk to - Mr. Mohan who is the Service Manager when called, who was least bothered to attend the call... no one is there to respond ????
Wat you people expect, becoming you customer and running behind you for everything ?
Please reply how to solve my issue... Already spend 45000 /- to purchase this laptop,
within one year just after the warranty is over the display gone blank...not functioning, and
now the main board has got a problem...
Wat service are you trying to render your customers...
Sales talks are sweet and Service talks are Sour... Is this the way you function ?
Please revert and give me a solution for my investment in this laptop, instead of just making me spend more money on the same and run behind you people leaving all other works...
