I had purchased an HCl laptop for 32K this jan. 4 days baack i while i was working on it, the cursor started behaving strangely. it was selcting things on desktop itself and moving in different directions. Looked wacko and spooky!. i thought it must be a virus.i formatted my lappy with xp again. all the drives were clean. Then i was about to install softwares on it, again the cursor wokred d same. Whenevr i switch on the laptop, cursor works fine for 40 min, then it never works. What is it ? Virus problem. touchpad problem?
I had send it to HCL customer care center. Though my lappy was already in warrenty but that guy said we give waraanty of hardware not software. what a shit! i left my lappy there for a day and next morning that e called me saying mam u have software prob, please pay 350/- / I paid him the money. I tok the lappy. and found that thwe same problem persit. Now what the hell is that. IF ITS A HARWARE PRTOBLEM, DID HE HAD NO BRAIN.I HAD TOLD HIM THAT IT NEVER WORKS AFTER 40 MIN. STILL HE GAVE ME D LAPPY BACK JUST FORMATTING. HOLY COW I HAD TO PAY HIM 350 FOR FORMATTING. I KNOW HOW TO FORMAT MAN. NOW IT HAPPENED Y'DAY, IM PLANNING TO TO AND THROW IT ON HIS HEAD.

I ve A credit Card.THey stoped the Functioning fo Credit Card A Long Back.
Every Time in the 2nd of the mOnth This People Used To call us For THE money. They ll ask to pay a aminimum Amount I used to pay tht but Still They are Charging all sort of late payment Fee.
1>I used to paY in time but its not reflecting on the statement on the same day ,they used to deposit after 15 to 20 days .& Also for they are charging the late payment fee.
2>Now Im ready to pay the Full amont they are not accepting it they are keep on saying to deposit the mInimum amount for the shake of their own Interest.
3>The coustmer care people are really harasing me like anything.
This Thing to be take care properly otherwise i'm going to put a case on them very soon.
I would like to inform you that I am not able to load themes on my profile. When I try to put the java script on URL it says "Please wait while we process for ur request ..." and "Please Wait for 4-6 Minutes, While Your Theme is Being Loaded." and this never ends. It takes tooo much of time.

I have purchased a HCL Laptop from Jalan infotech Pvt Ltd, Kolkata, Model No. : NBHCL AXOL 1906 Sl. No.: 6074AX504754 on 15th Dec 2007 and I resale the same to my customer. Now he has
un-able to find his waranty card. Now his machine is completely dead. Your service center deny to receive the said machine without warranty card. I was contact at your kolkata office, ie. 1/54, Dover Place, with Mr. Sudipta Bose for the solution of this problem. But he said nothing to do without warranty card. What can I do. Please help us. 4 MONTHS BACK PAID RS 600 FOR 3 CDS + ADIDAS BAG+ HOLIDAY OFFER.THE CDS WHICH I RECEIVED WERE NOT INSTALABLE.ALWAYS SHOWING INCODEC ERROR.RETURNED THE SAME TO THE COMPANY.GOT REPLACEMENT WHICH ARE HAVING SAME PROBLEM.NO PROPER RESPONSE BY CONSUMER CARE EXECUTIVE
My p28 laptop's keyboard and touch pad freezes when i play movie or connect it to internet within 10 min. when i play games it's works fine and after K/B and mouse freezes and i connect the USB mouse it works fine...HCl said it is a problem with OS i ahve reinstalled it 2 times, still the same thing..they are not helping.
I purchased a HCL laptop from P&P HCL shop - Vellore - Tamil Nadu.
in the month of Nov'07, now it is out of warranty.
Whereas now my laptop stopped functioning, which has been handed to the
same shop where i purchased, for repairing, Which has been forwarded to
Vasavi Computers - the so called authorised service people for HCL at vellore,
attended by Mr Yuvaraj who claims that the board has to be
replaced which will cost 19000 /- Rs.
How come such claims from the customer without even sending it to the HCL service
center and know wat exactly is the fault and get it rectified instead of a baseless claim of 19000 /-
Talking to the HCL touch center... ther is no proper response,
Receptionst Ms. Kavita coudnt talk anything technical, when asked to transfer the call,
she refused and said, talk to - Mr. Mohan who is the Service Manager when called, who was least bothered to attend the call... no one is there to respond ????
Wat you people expect, becoming you customer and running behind you for everything ?
Please reply how to solve my issue... Already spend 45000 /- to purchase this laptop,
within one year just after the warranty is over the display gone blank...not functioning, and
now the main board has got a problem...
Wat service are you trying to render your customers...
Sales talks are sweet and Service talks are Sour... Is this the way you function ?
Please revert and give me a solution for my investment in this laptop, instead of just making me spend more money on the same and run behind you people leaving all other works...

hi, my HCL leaptop has become "HELL LAPTOP"..its 3months old now..my os messed up and i just called the tech dept since it had issues charging..and also it was not booting up and gave an blue screen..and the tech asked me to arrange an os disk since he cant get one with him..my first question is..if had a disk for OS ..i uldn have gave a call..and is it not ur responsibility to just get the os installed even if u are not able to get one for my own..how come there can be no OS disk given to the cx..wat if my OS crashes...and now the tech came home..and i got the disks from friend...and he did installed the OS ..but the drivers disk which was alraey on my computer and the drivers disk which u sent me ..is not compatible and not able to hear my AUDIO, , and even tried loadind online..still no go..now u would be shocked to hear..i have vista loaded on my computer with the drivers of an lenova computer...:)i trust, i will get atleast and reply...from u team...
