[Resolved]  Hcl Laptop — motherboard + charging problem

My daughter bought a HCL laptop as she needed but very soon Mother board pact up , repeated complaint bore no fruits , took to NOIDA Centre in Oct 2010 , got repaired , but very soon within a week , it developed Charging Problems , repeated complaint bore no fruit and co does not have a courtesy of mailing back. Made about 10 complaints to the CO NOT DOING ANYTHING ,all within the Warranty period , how can we be proud of our own product without proper servicing/ customer care. Simply thrown out bought another Branded pne . NEVER BUY HCL product Achou singh ,
