[Resolved]  HCL ME — laptop not repair in 2 months

i purchage hcl me m 74 icon from gwalior (s.d.computers[protected] after[protected] my leptop hard drive has been damazead i rejester my compant on hcl support center they tell me prlace my hard drive withen 5 to 7 days but my hard drive come till[protected] when i take my leptop from service center (vasisth technology ) gwalior my leptop speed very slow down i reach to service center they tell me its windows problem and say we install windows and charge 300/- a say ok do it after all same problem a once again go to service center they said its moter board problem a say change it i rejestered my complaint hcl support center i have regestered case id from service center[protected] but engeneer come my home[protected] but sir my leptop is on service center till today
service center manager(santosh)say me clame on company we cant help u
so i regestered on consumer court forum
