I am ashish singh . I have purchased a new hcl laptop in 5 nov2010. After 25 days my new laptop have keyboarb prolem. MY hcl laptop have on side warrenty, I have complain in 2 Dec 2010 at 4:02pm ,his given ticket no [protected], but no one visit, after two day i call customer care but no reply, In 9dec 2010 again call customer care , his give again new ticket no [protected] at 3:31 pm, every day i was call customer care but no one can taken serious and my call send hold at 45 minute.
Sir ple suggest me what i am doing.
