I lodged a complaint at HCL Help Desk on 10th December 2008 at tel_no[protected] regarding No Display problem in TFT Monitor of my HCL PC which I purchased on 12.03.2008.
On 12.12.2008 an engineer came to see the Monitor and assured that somebody from the service centre will come on[protected] to replace the TFT Monitor.Till date nobody has turned up to attend the complaint TILL DATE i.e.[protected].The Details of my complaint and PC are as follows:
