Hcl Me Tablet — System Hard Disk Not Working

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a HCL leaptop & since the day its not working properly...
And after 2 days its hard disk crashed as stated by HCL service center Karnal, but till date i have not recd any proper response & same lying with them only
Request you to pls resolve the same

Hcl Me Tablet — Problem in Combo Drive of Server

we have bought HCL server which is in Warranty. I have made a complaint for my HCL Server. The Combo Drive has not working. i have made complaint vide complaint no.jpb09030520 on dated 23.3.09 and they came and taken the faulty Combo Drive after that so many times i have call in customer care but they are not giving proper response to us.

Now i find same Problame in Lap TOP i was cantact with LOTUS'S Custemar Care he has give one Address of his Servive center. When i have Contact with Servie Center he toll me that thay have lave Service center since last 6 month this thinks cummute by three service center person.than whan we contact with again LOTUS.But Lotus not aware abount it. Thay toll as we are not Rect any Information from Company side. Also you are mantion servie center wrong address in yours officel web side so ples. up date theam

i have probelem in my ups. i went to service center with ups but they did not take any action. i have tried two times but they were trying to say your ups is proper. acctully my ups back up robelem ups give only 1 minute backup i have purchase 7/7/2008

I would like to inform you that I complaint on 17th JUNE and my COMPLAINT ID NO. 08636014 your rules is within 48 hours you solved the complain but today 17th JUNE 2009 Time 1:38 PM Why din, t you take action for sort out my problem.

I extend the computer warranty for getting good service but I think it is useless because you take long time to solve my problem. This is not the way that you take one month to resolve one complaint. My 17th of JUNE complain still pending and you are not responding. Tell me what should I do. if you do not take action then I will have to make complain to your head.
This is my request that solve my problem.

I Bought computer from imperial-technologies at wazirpur. The owner of the imperial - technologies change the place. When i call the HCl they does-not pick phone.I am tired to pick my call andmy problem is my DVD -Rom is not working properly and the monitor had came death spots... I purchased a desk top computer Model Ezeebee AZ 001112 with sr.no.3097A2134793 in May 2009 from M/s Cyber Cafe, GH 14 Pachim Vihar. A problem occurred about 20 days back and the computer is not getting on. The computer is under warranty. Since last 20 days I have been trying to lodge a complaint with HCL to rectify the fault. The telephone nos. given for lodging complaints are[protected]. But the number either remained busy or no one picks up. I also lodged my complaint about a week ago with HCL HO Noida on tele.No.[protected]. They assured me that a call back will be received by me. Till date I am waiting for the same.
Finally on 7.8.2009 I could able to lodge my complaint at tel.No.46142680 with complaint No.[protected] but still neither any call is received by me from the Engineer nor any person came to rectify the facult.
I don't how the such big name companies functions. From your forum I want to draw the attention of the company to take some urgent action.

dear, complaint redressal system of hcl is so bad that i m frustrated that why i have purchased a desktop of this company. One of my friend have informed that he had to go to consumer court to settle their complaint and on view of judgement of the court he had to get his machine replaced.
I have the same problem. I have purchased a hcl E/z Sn 6087AZ221062 desktop from techmart, janakpuri, new delhi on 30/8/08. my computer is not working properly as mouse is not detecting. i am trying to book my complain at given no.[protected] but all no. are said wrong. when i e.mailed my complaint at given account a service engineer came to attend the complaint but he did not solved my complaint and left with remarks that someone will come in due course to change the mouse. It was 21st July 2009. But till date i m waiting for someone hence i m submitting my complaint electronically as the phone is not working

i m just fed up my computer, i have done many complaints for it, last time an engineer came replaced it's DVD-RW with CD-RW for stand by use ...and now i have done many calls but there is no reply of from your side...please attend my call and take some necessary steps...

I brought a monitor from hcl but the dealers are not satisfying my needs. they not giving me my monitor and instead of it they giving old monitors plz help
