HCL Me Tablet — unsatisfactory customer service

Dear Sir,

My HCL monitor still in warrantry period was not functioning properly for quite sometime. I had made a complaint over telephone on 15th October, 2011. Problem with the monitor was that two vertical lines were constantly appearing on the display. In response to the complaint, one of company's representatives Mr. Ravi Sain came on 17th October, 2011 and took the monitor with him for servicing vide receipt no. 63843 and call ID [protected]. He assured that the needful will be done and monitor will be returned within ten days. Now nearly two months have passed but I have still not received my monitor. Whenever I enquire on company's customer care, the response I get is, my call is kept on hold for long time and the customer care representatives look for one excuse or another. They never give firm reply that the monitor would be ready by a particular date.
