Display of the monitor is not up to the mark
I am facing display problem in my HCL laptop. I had purchased it in Jan 2011. I had launched complaint and handovered the laptop to the service center at baroda. Next day on 09/12/2011, I received my laptop in working condition. But on asking for the problem in that, the service engineer suggested for formatting of the laptop for which HCL is not giving warranty and it will be charged 750 Rs. After that only they can diagnose if there is any hardware problem or not. Till that he can not guarantee that problem is resolved or not.

Now within 10 days, I am again facing the same problem.

Why service engineer can not identify the Hardware problem if it is so?? My warranty finished on 31st Dec 2011. I think this is done Intentionally so that after warranty period they can charge me heavily for the replacement of hardware.
