I HAD PURCHASED HCL NOTEBOOK MODEL NO.-P 5601 ON 26.3.06 BUT IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE BEGINNING AND BATTERY GETS DISCHARGED IMMEDIATELY. RECENTLY I VISITED SERVICE CENTRE IN LUCKNOW BUT I WAS TOLD THAT THIS MODEL HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED AND IT CAN NOT BE REPAIRED. MY E-MAILS AT [protected]@hclinsys SEVERAL TIMES ALSO WENT UNRESPONDED. IT SEEMS TO BE DISGUSTING THAT SUCH A LEADER COMPANY DOES NOT BOTHER ABOUT AFTER SALE SERVICE. IT PAINS ME THAT I HAVE LOST MY VALUABLE MONEY BY PURCHASING SUCH INFERIOR PRODUCT. PLEASE GUIDE ME TO REDRESS MY PROBLEM AND AVOID LITIGATION.
