when i try to install bluetooth driver then an error occurs .bluetooth setup suggest me to plug in bluetooth device.i didn't find any specific key on keyboard plz rply me

bluetooth does not work when i try "find/add bluetooth device" on my new hcl leaptop b-38. kindly advise what to do.. my email is mentioned with this note.

HCL/ laptop (ME) — Defect laptop

Dear Sir,
This is very disappointed to say that I have taken a Laptop from your company (HCL). I have taken this laptop on 12/10/2009 and within 2month I have to go your service center 3times, So now you can understand that how much problem I am facing to tack your laptop. Recently my laptop DVD is not working properly so again I have to go your service center on (9/12/2009) to check it out what exactly problem is there, they told me that DVD driver has to change and they give me 5days waiting time for change DVD multimedia. But after 6day left they told me that it will take more day to change DVD multimedia. Why should I suffer always for waiting and going your service center and always calling to your customer care and your service center?

Sir, this not fair deal, I paid full payment in one shot to use laptop for my work not paying for your experiment box.

So either you change my laptop or return my money back witch I pay you and also compensation for harassing me always. Otherwise I have go CONSUMER FOREUM for my ignoring complain.

HCL/LAPTOP — HCL GIVE ME DEFECTIVE LAPTOP

I have perches’ a laptop on 02/02/2008 but after 8 month my laptop screen is not display.i went to hcl service center they repair my laptop but next two month same problem is back .the same problem is repeat six time more. I also extend our laptop warranty given in 7000 thousand rupee dated 21/06/09 to 20/06/2011.write now the same problem is continue.
I want to return the laptop. Kindly advice me. Maximum time my laptop is in hcl service center.

When I going to install my Bluetooth driver its giving me an error to plug-in device.wat to do?BTW my lappy is of HCL B38 series.Help me asap.

i have a hcl laptop. when i am installing my bluetooth device then it is giving an error that no bluetooth device is found and insert the bluetooth device and physically on the bluetooth switch.

when i am trying to install blutooth driver in my hcl notebook, error occure and display that
plug in ur bluetooth device...my laptop has bluetooth hardware internally eventhough i cant install software for this...when i pressed p1 key it open internet explorer...
plz tell me right way to install...
