[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Bank is not reimbursing Wrong charges deducted from my account | |||
Myself Puneet Shukla, Owner of account No : [protected] (HDFC Bank).When I Opened MAX Account in the HDFC bank, There was a policy in this account that if I have more than one lakh FD in this account, I can maintain Zero balance in my account. But Suddenly Bank had changed its rules this year that I have to maintain Rs25000 in my account always irrespective of FD in my account. Bank did not inform me about this change and start deducting charges from my account. I did written complaint in my bank, which I am attaching with this mail. But Bank is not ready to reimburse my charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
