[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Reversal o[censored]nnecessary Late fee charges | |
Hi, I am Ajay Kumar i am holding a credit card of HDFC Bank. Due to some financial problem i was not able to make payment on time but now from april i am making their payment on time as i received the call from the collection agency and they said sir you make the payment through cheque but i said it get delayed and might be i have to bear late fee charges but they said we have update your account and you don't have to bear late fee charges but from last 3 month i am facing this problem and when i received the call from collection agent of HDFC Bank they said you will receive the late fee amt. reversal next month but i have not get till now. Please do the needful for me. I am having a lots of problem. I want to clear all the due payment but due to this type of activity i am not able to do so.
