[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — abusive language

hi!
my name is gurdeep singh and address is ac-7 gf, ganga ram vatika, tilak nagar, ND-18(india). i have a credit card from hdfc bank and have outstanding due on it. i'm making payments to it when they call but i have one collection agent who is regularly calling my home phone number and is using abusive language. i had a spat with him as he was saying things which he is not supposed to. his name is ashish sharma or vikram or rajat as he is keep changing his names.. i told him that i'll make the entire payment in 7-8 days but he is still abusive. so want to register a complaint against him. he's calling from janakpuri collection center.
can u help me in it..???

I am getting SERIOUS THREATENING calls from the telephone no: 64598802 of your credit card recovery dept. for making payment of credit card dues . He is talking in a most absurd and abusining unparlimentary words questing my integrity and calibre in my business circle and personal carrear . I request the HDFC management to take severe action for such indecent humane approach towards customers of your bank . I seek your concrete reply immediately on receipt of this message . Even now after sending the message if i am getting THREATENING calls from the above telephone number i.e 64598802 i am constrained to take police action against the person who telephoned to me. Awaiting your return reply and action. I assure you that i will settle the payment shortly .

IS THIS THE WAY TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS????? i received the calls from[protected] i had a spat with her as she was saying things which she is not supposed to. HER NAME IS NIHARIKA AND SHWETA as she keep changing names... i promised her that i'll make the entire payment in 7-8 days but she is still abusive. so want to register a complaint against her.

I too belong to legal background; and seriously want somebody to take action against this else i will be forced to take this matter further.

My Aunt is getting calls from this number [protected] which are abusive. They are calling for a payments on loan availed by another person for which he had provided her number as a guaranter.
We have reported this to the police. We would like to know how to tackle this insane behaviuor of the person calling and how to go about getting the address for this no 32089146.

In continuation of my last complain still i am getting abusive calls from the HDFC CREDIT CARD COLLECTION DEPT. especially a lady called Reshma does not have any sense to how to talk she is keep using the words like "aapko sharam nahi aati kya" "dimag hai ki nahi tumhare pass" all such kind of indecent language she is using.I need an action against these people within 24 hrs because they are keep harassing me.I am hereby again mentioning her no.[protected].

They harassed me for one year and i want to share my experience with everyone.

HDFC bank Credit card recovery department is most notorious in the country.

That is the reason they can show very low Non Performing Assets because they never write off any of the settlements done with the customers.
They did the same with me for one year. I took the matter with ombudsman, using all the emails that i had sent for one year, the settlement letter scanned copy and the proof of payment that i had done. Now i have received the zero balance confirmation and the write off in cibil.

They try to get you into accepting expired settlement letter after which you have no rights. Make sure you make the payment within the written time frame of the settlement letter at all cost

*they sent harassing recovery agents on 'behalf of HDFC Credit card'
*the agent wanted me to make part payments rather than asking for settlement letter
*they tried to make me accept the expired settlement letter.
*they did not honour their written commitment made via their settlement letter for writting off the dues.
*they kept on refusing on emails and kept asking for more money for writing off in cibil records.
* I took up the issue with their "Nodal officer" as well but to no use.
*finally i took all the mails to the ombudsman and got the issue resolved.
*Till date HDFC credit card department holds that everything that was done is in accordance with bank policies. (only God knows how many inhumane policies do they have in their kitty)
*they have wasted my whole one year in followups, mental harrasment, and botheration.

Stay away from HDFC bank for all reasons.
I got a call from customer representative from hdfc bank On 27april 2015 .she called me 2 times on that day.i told that lady not to call.again she called on 28 april 2015.she started to abuse me.so I gave my call to my mother.she again started abusing my mother and father.that representative lady name is Tamil chelvi and I got call from this number [protected]
I got a call from [protected]. A lady named tamil chelvi called me on 27april 2015.i said dont contact me again.she again contacted me on 28 april 2015 And started to abuse me.i disconnected the call.again she called, i gave to my mom. She started to abuse my mom and dad.i just want to take action on her
From number[protected] agent called and told me that I have to take the loan from the,
An when I told that I never have asked for the loan, he started using abusive language and threatened me, I have recording with me too regarding it and am planning to submit it to the police station at my place. I even don't have account in this bank and will never open up for this misbehave.
