Customer care of HDFC

I have a savings account (AC no. 005671000006835 ) in HDFC Bank at Hughes Road Branch, Mumbai since 8 months. I also have debit account in the same branch. My performance is also very good as none of my cheques have bounced yet.
I recently applied for a personal loan of Rs.10, 00, 000 in my bank and was assured by the customer care that i was eligible to get the loan and was askedto show the papers.
Then suddenly these people rejected my application without a valid reason explained to me.I was totally shocked by this unproffessional behaviour of this bank.The costumer care department is also very rude and does not answer our queries satisfactorily. They also havent yet returned my papers.

On the same papers & same amount another bank is ready to pay me the loan.

I am well respected person in my society and am capable of paying back.

I want to know if the assurances that HDFC gives are just limited till their brochures.
I request the bank management to pay attention to this.

SUB: SUDDEN CLOSURE OF MY SAVINGS A/C WITHOUT INFORMATION.

SIR,
It is to draw your attention towards the savings A/C No. 04661000017183, that I was holding for last one year at your GARIA BRANCH(Kolkata, West Bengal), it was a SOLE OWNER A/C. I also had a GOLD DEBIT CARD. My A/C was opened in 22nd May 2008, from the first day my record was good. For some severe problems my A/C was running under 0 balance for some 4to5 months. I had personally informed them about my problems. I went to deposit one lakh in cheque and six thousand in cash on 19th May 2009 at your SANTOSHPUR BRANCH(Kolkata, West Bengal). I gave them the cash amt and after recieving it they said me that my A/C was closed. I request U to check my track record since the first day. I want to know after such a record can't I expect atleast an information before sudden closure of my A/C. I had talked to the ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER of GARIA BRANCH. First he told me that this action had been taken by RESERVE BANK OF INDIA, when I asked for a document of the closure by RESERVE BANK, he then said that it had been done by HDFC BANK HEAD OFFICE at CHENNAI. And that even they didnot know about the closure of my A/C.
For such a disatisfying behaviour, I have to loose faith in all types dealings I usually do with HDFC BANK. I participate in CAR AUCTIONS all over INDIA held by HDFC, ICICI, FCL(FAMILY CREDIT LTD), TML, TFL(TATA FINANCE LTD), KMF(KOTAK MAHINDRA FINANCE), MFCL regularly. During selling those cars, I refinance them from HDFC, FAMILY CREDIT, MAGMA FINANCE.
I am looking forward to a quick reply from you. Otherwise I have to take some legal steps with help from CONSUMER FORUM against the closure without an information. Thanking you.

Hi,
This is indresh, from 2 months I trying to get my ATM PIN, I using your service from past 3 years.

Till now 4 times I compliment/Requested against ATM PIN, When I visited Home branch bank to collect my PIN they saying that they not received any PINS on my name.. They telling that they informing ASAP but I not get any calls from them. When I called to customer care they saying that’s its dispatched to mailing address like this every time I getting different ans. from your employees. I Cant run every time to branch, I have to take 1/2 day leave to travel from here to there. Till now I taken 3 days leave, but I am not getting perfect ans. from any
One of you.
I asking to send it to my nearest branch one person saying that its possible, another persons saying that its not possible. I don't know you guys playing monkeys game here, please suggest me what I do now for this. Customer cares girls talking very rudely, please stop this & take care of this and do the needful.

From last two months balance is Zero (Now my account is running or closed).

Now my PROVIDEND FUND is coming in this account number, there will be any deduction due to
zero balance.

my saving account balance is sufficent.my 1st emi due on 05/05/09 that ecs not prensented in my saving acount .In that case i have paid my 1st emi in cash in your indore branch .One of your branch executive told me that your 2nd emi will present in your account .On 15/06/09 they call me & told that your ecs reture on 05/06/09 due to problem of our bank .I have told that i will not pay any emi in cash .So i requst you to please reprensent the ecs .

My brother have an Account in HDFC(A/C No:-02401560399032). my Brother is in Gulf Country. and this Account is Operating my myself Only. Every Month Iam Widthdrawing money from this Account. Recenly on 17th of June I've Withdraw the Amonut of 5000. then the Account bal was 16033 rs/-
On 18 the of this Month while i was tried to Withdraw 10, 000 rs/- then i was Failed. for the Reason while i've checked my Account Bal then i found only 1033 rs/- as Available Bal.

Sir/Mam,

I have deposited Rs.5000/- in my salary account no. 06501050016664
(Zero Balance Base) at HDFC, SCO-36, Sector-11, Panchkula (Hry)-
Branch Code-1342 on dated 11.06.2009.

Today i checked my balance, i found short of Rs.110.30 (dt.16.06.09),
i confirm from Sector-20 Branch. They said this deduction done, due to
3rd party's deposit,

but this amount is deposited by me & my signature is mentioned on
cash slip.

Kindly credit the same in my account.

Dear sir,


I am Anil Dhumal, my Account number with HDFC is 07461050024462.Accout is with branch of Chakan, Pune.

I Had an Transaction of 1000 rs dated on 11.06.09 with SBI atm centre (Balgandharv, J.M. Road, shivajinagar Pune).Money didnt came out from atm machine but the 1000 rs amount has been deducted from my account.same case happened 2 times.on same day.(Tranx No. is 3964 & 9172) and slip is showing unable to process.
this Complaint i have given to Customer Care also (complaint no.PUM018753).but till there is no response from HDFC Bank.
So i kindly request u to look into this matter seriously &check the details regarding my witdrawal from my account & I hope i will get my cash Back which i didnt got through ATM.

i have more dificult problam in hdfc bank lat (kadi branch 0385 )and new account opening. i visit the hdfc bank for new account open, i meer the hdfc bank manger JAHISH DARUWALA and he say your account is not open hear. you go onethe bank and open your account there the mentali torchar he is told me you came nex tine every time he say that and mt reply to me and he is insaling me. this time he was say me tou cam open uour account any other namk.

I have a savings account (AC no.01531050051535 ) in HDFC Bank at Raj Nagar Branch, Ghaziabad since 3 Years.

I am recently applied for Debit Cards in my bank, He couriered my card at our Old Correspondance Address.
I am request your banker please send my Card at New Correspondance address but Till date I have not received my Debit card.

You are requested to please send my cards my new address or My Raj Nagar Branch as soon as possible.

On the insistence of HDFC's Call, I have applied for HDFC Credit Card and submitted all the requisite documents. After one month I have unable to know the status of same. Dear Sir,

I am holding Saving account in HDFC Bank, Account No: 00461050051302


I have used ICICI ATM machine for withdrawl of Rs. 2000/- but transaction could not completed and I have not received above said money.

Then I used another ICICI ATM machine and withdrawl Rs, 2000/-

ICICI Bank Bank Debited 2000/- 2 times i.e Rs. 4000/- against I have recd only Rs. 2000/-

So, Please reverse the debit entry of Rs. 2000/- and credit the same into my above account no.
