Customer care of HDFC

I have a savings account (AC no. 005671000006835 ) in HDFC Bank at Hughes Road Branch, Mumbai since 8 months. I also have debit account in the same branch. My performance is also very good as none of my cheques have bounced yet.
I recently applied for a personal loan of Rs.10, 00, 000 in my bank and was assured by the customer care that i was eligible to get the loan and was askedto show the papers.
Then suddenly these people rejected my application without a valid reason explained to me.I was totally shocked by this unproffessional behaviour of this bank.The costumer care department is also very rude and does not answer our queries satisfactorily. They also havent yet returned my papers.

On the same papers & same amount another bank is ready to pay me the loan.

I am well respected person in my society and am capable of paying back.

I want to know if the assurances that HDFC gives are just limited till their brochures.
I request the bank management to pay attention to this.

I dont know that what our bank stand for, our help or leave us in trouble...
I have a sound balance in my savings account, which is very higher than there minimum balance but they didnot give a chance to use bank branch office to deposit my money.. I couldnot understand what happend but it gave me huge huge trouble in that day...
I hope you look after my problem and bank should be work with more sensibility...

i am santhosh kumar, an NRI right now in india (chennai), my customer id is 24373074, the account number is 02401560456094, the account belonga to mumbai SANDOZ house branch, i have used an ATM in mount road, the ATM belongs to THE SOUTH INDIAN BANK where as when i was trying to take a sum of rupees 1000 the has taken some time and replied me that the process can not be completed, and i dint even receive the receipt for that, from the machine, but when i use some other bank ATM to withdraw money i found that the sum rupees 1000 was deduced from my account, please justify the deduction of money, hope u do me the need ful

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of ICICI bank. It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind attention towards my unsuccessful transaction with your bank ATM. It was 29th of July when I tried to withdraw Rs.1000 from HDFC Bank ATM, Munirka but suddenly a message appeared like "temporary unavailable" and that transaction was not completed and ATM machine didn't give me the slip. The amount has been deducted from my account.

I filed a complaint at ICICI bank and in response, they said that "Transaction was successful " acc to the data received from the HDFC bank, but actually the transaction was not successful. Following are the necessary details of transaction.

Account no: 002901545542
ATM card no:4216270029129856
Date of transaction: 29 July 2009
ATM Machine : HDFC ATM
Location: Munirka, New Delhi.

So, please look into the matter, help me and send me the transaction detail of that day and if it is possible then send me all the transaction detail that I have done with your bank ATM machine. This is second time I am facing such type of problem with HDFC bank ATM. I am quite hopeful that you will take a prompt action and oblige.

we have an salary account of Ranbaxy lab.in your branch Paonta Sahib account no.02251140013222 namely Rajesh kumar, Father name.-Sh. Ram Prashad.
i had make a withdrawal 500.00 rupees from ATM dated 11/10/2009, but in mini statment 1500.00 rupees were detected.i had given complaint of same in paonta branch but no action has been taken till date.
So in view of this it is my humble request to u that please make some necessary action so we can assure that we are dealying with a good reputated bank in Indian or either we had look for some other bank.your immediate action should be appreciated.

Really you guys having very very & very bad services,



I have applied for credit card by online but you haven’t reply for the same. Then I visited at your Okhla branch & filled up the form of credit card. But still I haven’t received any response from your end.





Now, I am giving you final warning that if you can provide me any feedback call then do on priority. And One thing more, “Agar mere document ke sath koi misuse hua” then I’ll go consumer court decently.





I haven’t seen any reply on my interaction. What are you doing guys??? This is not the way to provide the services.

Now again have disbursed 2nd year fee amount is 60000/- for 36 month but my installment is Rs.4874/-.

I fail to understand how you calculate the same and I made the call phone banking but they people are also fail to understand the same,

Request you to please provide the details that how you people are calculate the installment,

i have a sb a//c no 01931600002080 and fd deposit for 60563 .83 being maturity amt of earlier fd no 1934470030472 mat dt 120509 but the same cannot be viewed on my intenet banking alogwith the saving bank deposit with above referred no, pl advise that do i have to take a new internet facility to access to my fd deposits or the same internet facility.pl reply an also do the needful.

Sir,
I have applied for Salary Saving Account in Janakpuri Branch before 10 days but today when I have asked therefore. I have been returned application form. The reason told to me that form was not stamped by Company with which I am employed. I would like to know from Bank personnel that whether a customer have to wait uptill his patience or any other rules therefore. For non opening of account my salary was upheld by company. It was 100% Bank Staff negligency.Today I have again sent my form with Company Address seal.I would like to know whether HDFC Bank as a best service provider bank or whatever says...? The Banks whether they are Nationalised or Private they are opening account within 24 hours and HDFC Bank is too busy that they have no time to open account however that is Salary Account of their customer. The Bank must remove Mobile Number column from Application form if they are not interested to call a prospective customer. I dont know when my account will open and upto what time I have to face financial crisis due to bank negligency.

Sir,
I have applied for Salary Saving Account before 10 days with complete enquiry and testimonials in Janakpuri Branch of HDFC Bank, New Delhi.. But today when I asked your Bank staff I have been returned my application form and reason therefore told me that your Company Address stamp is not available. Due to non opening of salary account my salary is upheld by company. I have again deposited my form with Bank after Company address stamp.
I would like to know from Bank official that why they asked for Mobile Number of Customer?
What is their time schedule of Account Opening?
Wherther there is any time limit or upto customer patience?
Is there any Bank responsibility or everything customer have to face of negligency of Bank personnels?
I have today again deposited my form I dont know again I have to face a month or so for my account opening.

I used my HDFC debit card in ICIC ATM where i have not recievd the money due to NETWORK or system error but my account is automatically debitted, if i ask the customer support, they are not supporting me in giving the details of the concern customer head in supporting us . They are telling, we need to wait for another 12 days to refund my money . My question is why should i wait for my money for 12 days ? why HDFC peopel not alerting the customer if we use these cards in other ATM's especillay like ICICI will money get debited without delivery the money physically ?

BUt same HDFC peopel sending SMS like " Congradulation, you have selected for Platinum card etc" which we are not interested . So i conclude that HDFC doesn't have customer oreinted support ? Epsecially the customer support girls - totaly we found not useful for their feedback and their communication . My final request HDFC should pay compenation along with interest for my money which has been debitted from my account . MY complaint no CHN050453".

Dear all people,

Please note in the application form that it is mentioned clearly by banks in font 3 size in microscope that
Bank cannot be held for rejection of loan or cannot give any information to the customer whatsoever it concerns. It literally means that they are above law and RTI act.

Even information technology age where bankers cheat us with refined english terminologies. Probably government should mandate the bank people to give the application form in native language.

Dear Sir,
I anita singh rawat applid for credit card in your East of Kailash Branch New delhi. All teh documents were given. received 2-3 calls for verification but finally at your call center i was told that it is rejected. And no reason for the same was disclosed neither i recived any letter.
I have a salary account with HDFC. and i am working for Vodafone and on the rolls of Finedge India Pvt Ltd. My salary is 25k per month.
PLease itervene. This is really disheartening.

my mob. no is 9879750760. continiously i am receiving tele mkt. calls from your side re. business loans, personal loans. i am registered in dnd at vodafone, then even such haresment calls comes from your side.

i instruct you to stop such calls on my above mob. no. or other wise you will be forcing me to take legal actions against you.
