DELAY OF PASSPORT

myself is Rohit Gupta. my passport no.z331052 .i hav getting my sister marriage ard from u.k.the wedding date is oct 15th.but i cant get my passport yet .so plz issue my passport earlies so that i am able to attend my sister marriage .plz do the needful aspect.

Can I apply address proof as HDFC bank statement?
Please suggest me, some guys got rejected, i have been salary for 2 years and i have been working bangalore for two years.
