HDFC Bank - calling my relatives and asking for me

hi i am rajat nayyar,hdfc credit card department called me some time back for card i denied for same,now they are illagaly using numbers from my call details,they are actully calling my relatives and knowns and asking for me when i recived the call the executive just cnfirmed my number and disconnectd the call,how the hell reputed bank like hdfc stoop so low to sell few credit cards,the no from which everyone getting calls is 9540028315
this no dnt have incming call facility
