[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Car Loan — settlements of my car loan

dear Sir,
i was taken a loan for a car and due to my some medical problem i was unable to pay my regular 3 months emi so bank seased my car during a journey and asked me update my all emi and charged a heavy amount for seasing and to take care in their yard per day basis, i paid all what ever they charged.
but they returned my car in damaged accident ed condition in which i have to pay a heavy amount of amount 50thousand,they damaged my car then why i will pay for repairing so its duty of bank to adjust my amount of repairing but till today they dosent respond regarding my damage and they send me a sattelment letter in one lack 4thousand to pay the final amount to close my loan account two times but they dosent seand me where to pay the said amount.
so sir kindly i request you to solve my problem.
