[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — NWD DEC CHG - Amount Deducted

Hi,
Amount 26.82 and 28.07 has got deducted from the current account and salary account respectively with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC.
There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

HDFC Bank — MONEY DIDN'T COME OUT FROM ATM BUT BANK CHARGED ME THAT TRANSACTION

I M RAJAN KUMAR MANGAL HAVE AN SAVING BANK ACCOUNT WITH HDFC BANK [protected]. ON 23 APR 2009 I tried to withdraw rs8000 via icici banks atm from ludhiana from my hdfc bank account. but icici bank atm machine said it has no money and so transaction was not sucessfull and the paper roll in the atm machine was over so it doesnt printed that transacion...
but icici bank charged me rs 8000 for that transaction whic was not sucessfully withdrawn

i made a complaint on phone banking of hdfc sameday with complaint number MOH006021 on 23 apr2009.then on 27 apr hdfc banks compalint department said me to fill a CHARGE BACK FORM Against icici bank to get ur money back... and i do the same on same day at main branch hdfc NEAR NARENDRA CINEMA JALANDHAR CITY

BUT TILL TODAY[protected] NO FURTHER RESPONSE HAS BEEN GIVEN I HAV CALLED AT PHONE BANKING AND COMPLAINT DEPT FOR MORE THAN 10 TIMES THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL REVERT ME BACK TODAY ONLY BUT STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE

i m helpless who will pay the 8000 back who will give me interset of money for these days bank is not giving my money back pls do somthing

HDFC Bank — Deduction of E- statment Charges

Dear Sir,

I want to know why they deduct 33 rupees as a statement charges because they have clearly written that in case ur email is registered with them then it will send to you free of charges. Still i did not received my statement on my email & they deduct 33 rupees as a statement charges.

I have a saving acct with HDFC Bank...

I haven’t got my quarterly statement since a year, but none of you’ll are bother to check form your side and when ask for duplicate you’ll charge for it ….but when I don’t maintain my quarterly balance in my saving acct the first priority when the money is been deposited is you’ll deduct …

What a kind of bank you are neither you give my statement regularly & out of all you take my money as well.

I started my acct with IOB there are so much the better... I think India bank’s are mush better than foreign

HDFC Bank — Deducated Amount

From my Hdfc bank Account No. Amount of Rs. 551 is deducted with out informing me & customer care is also not providing details. Please refund me the amount which was deducted.

HDFC - ANNA NAGAR — Cash not withdrawn

I have sued my bank of baroda debit card in HDFC ATM at ambattur located at T.I.cycles factory campus and after enter the amount of Rs 1500 ,net work problem raised and cash not yet received , but the same amount of rs 1500 debited from my bank of baroda account , complaints given in feed back form at ATM center. this was happend in Feb 8th 2010 at 11:41 am. kindly credit this above said amount in my HDFC account no [protected]

HDFC Bank — Amount deducted for Mutual Fund account without account

HDFC Bank, Bangalore has deducted some amount from account.When i called them they told it is deducted for mutual fund account which actually i never opened. When i told them that i never opened any MF account they are telling me that i have to go to my home branch and close the account as the account is opened by me only. They did the same thing with some of my collegues here.

HDFC Bank — Extremely poor Bank POLICY and Customer Intimation

We hold a Current account with HDFC bank primarily used for my brother's business. Hence, we credit money and debit it on a regular basis(daily basis). When ever we go below the minimum amount I agree the bank has every rights to charge a Penalty fee on the account or if they expect all customers to hold a minimum balance they should have intimated us to close the account either via phone/email/post.

Instead of doing any of above, when my Father when to a branch in CHENNAI to deposit money he was informed to meet the manager after standing in queue for more than an hour. They wouldn't accept our deposit and my father was asked to go the base branch in TRICHY. Would HDFC bear any losses incurred to our business because of the delay and would they answer for my Father's embarrassment?

We have decided to close the account and never have any further dealings with HDFC.

U consider the transactions from 15th to 15 th or else 1st to 30th/31st ? Did u mention any thing about this ?

HDFC Bank — Amount Rs.25 is deducted from my Account

Amount 25 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account
I have not used my ATM Card more than 5 transactions in non HDFC Bank

Rs 1000 has been Deducted without any intimations(NWD-[protected] -CHENNAI). I have never transacted from any other ATM except HDFC.. this is unbearable.. Need to know the exact reason...

I have witdrawl 3 times this month from another ATM'S.but 25 rs deducted from my account.description like NWD DEC CHG .Upto 5 transactions there is no service charges.Can any one can help me.

I called customer care ( Now it is very difficult to talk to a Customer care executive as there is no direct way like press 9, You have to do a circus for around 10 mins) and reply was not friendly he simply hang up saying please cal back !!!, Unbelivable (Call details: date: 12 Apr 2011 at around morning 11:51). I called again and got the answer as "You try to withdraw money form non HDFC branch ATM and transaction declined, So we are charding Rs 25 for that !!!"

This not fair on a customer... I decided to close one of my account in HDFC malleshwaram branch.

simply to say these HDFC bank are big stupids.They r not user friendly..even for me they deducted.

we already have plans to withdraw them completely from our company because of very poor records.

there were about 15675 guys already on applying for disconnection and we were planning for good friendly bank.

ya i am also facing the same issue. i have withdraw 2 times in a month and i didnot check my account statement for last 5 months. Now i checked it shows -225(negative bal). I am try to calling those people, even they are not responding.

Hi, this is Kotesh. Same thing happend to me today. Deducted 4 times same day.Total 100 rs deducted. Don't know why 4 times deducted.This is not professional. They should have to telll us before changing the rules. i didn't get any mails or messages related this rules.

ya mine also the same as above.

I my case they have deducted two times for same transaction and they have not intamated anything about this. Intially they have told that Gold Debit card member need not be charged any transaction fee for ATM transaction but now they charged. It's totally unfair and unethical.
