SIR,i am having a saving account no.[protected] at chowk,patna city branch at patna since the branch origien.i have gone through a heart surgery few months ago and implanted a pace maker.due to this reasion, i couldnt operate my account and it got locked.your branch manager told me to deposit Rs.100/- to restart my s/b a/c.i deposited the amount on 09/06/2011,but my account is still locked.again i contected the branch they said that they have lost the paying slip.so i provided him the receiveing along with another application on 26/08/2011 to do me the favour.now again the branch manager is calling me at branch which i cant do as your branch is on third floor and my doctor has not suggested me to use stairs.my staff did all the above procedure,but my a/c is still locked.i am 69years old and a senior citizen dont you think that the branch manager should send his staff to me for the prosses as the staff came to while opening the a/c.what kind of behaveiour is this to the customer.
