[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card — Harrasment by HDFC Bank

Dear Sir,

I have one credit card and uses the same pays the due amount regularly and it was issued to me when I was at Kolkata now on Sep 07 got transffered to Bangalore where my company opened salary account at HDFC Bank due to this transfer from Kolkata to Bangalore I missed 5 instalments of Credit card payment but this month for my daughter admission I took Rs-60000 from my company and deposited the same in HDFC Bank account but after i issued the check to my daughter school i came to know that Bank has hold my total money ie;Rs-85000. Again on 18th Mar 08 i came to know that Bank has taken this money.

Please help me how come the Bank can take this money from my account without informing me whereas I had call the Phonebanking & my branch.

Please help how to go ahead.

HDFC Bank — harrasment for credit card payment

dear Sir,

this is to inform you that i am using HDFC bank credit card since more than 2 years, fir which i am paying mininmum due from last 5-6 months, this time due to some personal problem i was not able to do the payment before due date but the call centre staff harrasing me for the same thing badly.i am receiving 50 -60 calls on daily basis through different number they are using abusive language with me they calling my office also & they are talking in a veru un professional way, after so much of harrasment i told them to settle my accounts & again they are teling me in very bad language that you cannot do boodly you have to pay this installement. i am very tensed they can kill me also for the same thing they are very dangerous people. they said there name is Ganesh & Madan. please help me they are after my life.

HDFC Bank — Credit card payment due

Hi,

I was holding HDFC Bank Gold Credit card. Now, the problem started after I make the payment via cheque on 2nd Feb 2010 Vijaya Bank cheque number 333909 against total outstanding. But now after 6 month from the date of payment, their collection department has called me for Rs. 3000/- approx as a outstanding on my card for which i have not used nor have any information from Feb 2010 to clear it. No communication has been received from HDFc banck credit card department. No mails, nor SMS nor any statement send by the Bank to inform me about the said outstanding. I requested the Collection officer Mr. Sandeep Sharma during his call dated 10th Sept 2010 to provide me details and statement of A/c with Proof of any communication done by the Bank before 10th of Sept and after 2nd Feb 2010 to have default from customer side or liable to make the payment as per desire by the bank. If i have been receiving any communication regarding overdue or any outstanding left after the payment of Rs. 18500/- on 1st feb 2010 as a total outstanding i would happy to make it. But if a patient will not go to the Doctor for check up, how a doctor can cure him. Atleast customer need some communication as a intimation to resolve a issue. Now as i have received call from collection officer Mr,Sandeep Sharma to intimate about the outstanding lying on my card, i straight away called him to provide me Statement of A/c and proof of any communication done earlier to proove my fault and if not then the Bank has to reverse back the outstanding amount with immediate effect at the earliest.

After receiving 1st call from collection agencies for the recovery of the amount.As i don't like communicating any person for the same due to my nature and image with the financial partners like Credit card department HSBC, CitiBank etc. I am man of Ethics and morale i always prefer to pay the total outstanding of any banks card before the due date, and for that you may check with them or i cvan show you the proof for the support.


I seeks an official Bank settlement letter alongwith the statement of Account reflecting no dues to avoid any legal complications.
Please update the same to your respective collection agencies.

I have only one option left with me to file a civil suit against the bank.

Looking ahead your anticipation to resolve the issue and settle down the grievance.

HDFC Bank — account yet not been preferred since 6 months for issuing credit card

i wish to state tat i am kumar gupta ,s/o sh inderjit gupta,r/o 290 krishna nagar pathankot.my a/c no is [protected] <hdfc bank,main branch ,pathankot>.i opened up an account in hdfc bank six months before to issue the credit card.six months before i asked them to preffer my account with a good customer of the bank who is dealing since very long and they approved..but i am very annoyed by their such irresponsible behaviour for they havnt prefffered my account yet since six months and every time they keep on lying tat ur credit card is ready n u 'll get it in 10-15 days and this is going on since 3-4 months..but itz not even preffered yet.i am really very annoyed by their such irresponsible behaviour..plz resolve this as early as possible or wat all i can do is to cancel my account from tat bank.

HDFC Bank Credit Card — Improper Documentation

Dear Sir,

This is as per the telephonic conversation i had with your customer care dept on phone for the past one month for the above mentioned Credit card number.
I have had a number of telephonic transactions with your customer care people but to no avail i had sent you the correct address letter along with a copy of my landline bill as address proof but your dept had not corrected the same and my card had got returned thrice due to the same reason. Now after all the hassle i have gone through with your bank for one single issue and that to the error on your side i am not able to do my Diwali shopping for my family; and also there has been a lot of mental suffering that i had to bear due to the same.

You guys talk about CRM. How does Your CRM Work can I Know ???

I want a reimbursement compensation from your bank for the same complaint as the fault is from the bank you may see my records i have never defaulted for a very long time of my usage.
I am just receiving promises from your people that i will be receiving the call for a compensation the next day; that day has never come to date.
I am reminding you for the Same and will not make any further payment till the issue is resolved; neither am i going to make any late payment to your bank for NON Payment.

I am also Sending a complaint to the RBI and the Consumer Court along with this mail Kindly make a note of it and Send the a reply as soon as possible

I am having a credit card of hdfc bank [card no=[protected]].sir i am holding this card for last 5 years i am paying my minimum payment on regular basis but after paying for last 7 months i noticed that the due ammount is not reduced.I spoken to their customer care & ask them to convert my entire outstandig ammount to EMI but they are not interested to doing so because in that case they will not able to charege any extra amount which they are charging on regular basis .

Sir i request you to please look into this matter so i can make my entire payment through EMI & the bank provide me the facility to pay my obligation through EMI option.

I would like to submit a complaint against HDFC bank regarding a credit card service issue.

My credit card has been barred without any prior intimation and thus I have faced many problems and it seems to be very disppointment for me as I am using credit card of HDFC and it is shown barred. As I am your regular customer and using your service I am very disappointed and also feel harrasment while using my card at mobile store and could not able to make payment when I needed.After I came to know my creditcard was not working at that time I immidiately called at customer service of HDFC and got reply that I would have to submit my document and also need to give written application about adress change and I was shocked to listen this. How come I know to submit my document without any communication? Is it only possible if I use my card and being in embarrassed situation at the time of purchase???


So kindly request you to look into this matter and justify my selection of being trusted customer.

HDFC Bank Credit Card — RE DEBIT AFTER SETTLEMENT

Dear Sir,
As i am holding HDFC Bank Credit card with HDFC bank from a long time, on the 18th october a payment has been happened by me to Airtel which was 88072.98 where i was supposed to make the payment 1532 to airtel. Actually accounts is Company's account so by default entire ammount was selected and same has been processed. within 5 mnt i have contacted Customer care and informed the same to them by fax, mail and call as well, after few days call came from Mr Kartik and he has resolved the issue with Airtel and after deducting 1532 he has credited the balance amount to my account i.e 86540.98 . the issue has been resolved but in this month again i have checked my unbilled statement and 86540.98 has been debited again. i could not understand it where it has been settled then why it has been debited again. i have contacted them as well but they r not taking it seriuosly. plz help me for the same.

I am using HDFC BANK Credit card from last 4 years, i paid all the month minimum due amount last two not paid because i am out of city and promiss to representative that i will pay when i come to city. But they are not agree and they locked my hdfc bank salary account and they block all the money and they taken 22000 for the creditcard payment. without informing me they blocked my salary account and money.

i have been offered an HDFC platinum credit card by u and i am making regular payments but the payments made by me is not reflected regularly and on top of that u r levyving unncessary paymentcharges due to which my outstanding balance on card is not reducing though i get confirmation of making payment to credit card but the payment always reflects after nex month and does not reduce the outstanding although the payment was depoisted before next billing cycle. u r requested to kindly investigate else i will be forced to make complaint at banking ombudsman

I am using HDFC Titanium Card for more than 1 year and since then I had never faced any problem. But this time I am in trouble and also bit scared to use of Credit Card.



Actually I was trying to fill an examination form of ICWAI on 9th October, 2012 and fee was Rs. 1645/- . When I was trying to make payment online the payment was not successful but my account was debited for Rs. 1645/- . Since the last date of filling examination form was 10th October, 2012 I did payment again on 10th October, 2012 after having word with HDFC officials. I was told that Merchant has not claimed amount and you can make payment again to complete your form. Even I had word with the Institute also on 9th and 10th both the days they also conveyed the same thing that you have to make payment again, since payment session was not successful.



My account is now debited twice with Rs. 1645/- against single Form. Since refund process takes 7 working days but still amount has not been credited. Today 18th October, 2013 I again discussed with the HDFC officials now they told that Merchant has claimed amount twice and I have to raise dispute to claim refund after having word with Institute. I have discussed with the institute but they are not giving any proper response, their Head Quarter is in Kolkata, it’s not possible for me to talk again and again.



You are requested to please take necessary action to refund Rs. 1645/-. I wish to use your card continuously but not on such cost.
