[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card Department — not satisfied with management

Sub: Not satisfied with your management.
Respected sir,
I am Mohd. Salim Shaikh, my GOLD Business credit card no is [protected] and credit limit of Rs.50000/- and also an account holder in your HDFC Bank.
On 3rd of Feb. 2010 I talked with one of your executive on [protected] and apply for a loan on my credit card.
On 4/2/2010 one of your executive Mr.Tejas ([protected]) came to my office and collected the documents.
On 5/2/2010 I received a verification call at 16:45 from your Mumbai branch.
On 6/2/2010 I received a message at 11:48:12 that “Congratulations! Your completed business loan app. is now accepted. Pls quote ref. no. 16127897 for any status update. HDFC Bank.
On 9/2/2010 one of your executive came to my office but I am out of station for some business matter at that time. But your executive go to my neighbors office and use his phone, ask my mobile number and tell him that he has not got my number. He neither shows his ID nor gives his name or number. He gives him some wrong information and talked with him for half an hour. Is it possible that your executive came without an I.D. proof and customer’s contact number?
On 11/2/2010 I give a call to Mr. Tejas on [protected] at 14:15 but he doesn’t answer my call. After some time on 14:19 he called me from [protected] and tells me that,”my madam Miss. Sharda goes on lunch and whenever she came I will call you.
On 14:35 I once again gave a call to Mr.Tejas on [protected] but he tell me that “madam is not here till this moment. I give you her number you talk directly” and give me her number 66307954.
On 14:57 I give a call on [protected] but picked up by one executive Miss.Deval and she tell me that Sharda madam is on Sick leave for 4days. You tell me your problem and I will give you a call in five minutes.
She doesn’t call me so I give her a call at 15:25 on [protected]. She tell me that she can’t find my file it doesn’t logged in. she also tells me that she can’t find my documents and blame me that I haven’t given it to your executive. When I gave her a Ref. number from your bank’s message she denied that and tells me she also can’t find it
At 15:49 I call on [protected], when someone picked up a phone and I inform him/her that I am Mohd. Salim Shaikh calling he/she disconnected it.
At 16:07 I called Mr. Tejas on [protected] and ask him for explanation about not logging my file but he inform me that “if I haven’t logged in your file so how come a approval code and confirmation call is coming from a HDFC bank. But I will give you a call after talking with madam.” But he doesn’t call me.
On 12/02/2010 at 13:29 I give a call on [protected] and in my surprise it will answered by Miss. Sharda. She tells me that what is your problem mister, why you continuously call us. You already answered by one of our executive. I tell her that no one answered me perfectly so I called. No one is returning my calls or answered my calls. So she tells me the routine answer that I will inquire about this and call you back. But she doesn’t reply.
At 14:38 I called once again to Miss. Sharda and ask about my matter but she tells me that she is unable to understand my problem. She also tell me that this is not her file(case) but it is Rekha madam’s case and she is on leave today. She tells me on my biggest surprise that I will give you a very helpful answers if Rekha madam is here than she will use very rough language and give you a words. she tells me that instead of her sickness she give me a help if Rekha madam was there she doesn’t give me any damn answer. She also give me Rekha madam’s number [protected] and tells me, “give her a call and see what she give you.”
My questions are
1. Is your message has some importance or not?
2. Whenever your executive came on F.I. is he came without I.D. proof and mobile or customers mobile number. And they used customer’s neighbors’ phone.
3. Whenever customer complains in your customer care number don’t you solve it at that level? Before one year we complain against your management but it will not solved till I complain to Mr. Ravi narayan. When Mr. Ravi Narayan came in picture than your cluster head miss. Pearl Sabawala came in action.
4. So every customer has to complain till higher authority to solve their problem, so why you open your customer care numbers. It is also chargeable and not toll free keep in mind that customer is paying their hard earned money in calling, and your third class third degree stupid employees wasted it.
5. Whenever customer calls in with some complains no one answered back and every responsible employee of yours is on leave.
6. If my application is not logged in then how come a confirmation call is coming from your main branch, or a approval code is coming via SMS from your HDFC bank and your executive come for F.I. at my office.
I hope you take necessary actions against responsibles.
