I have received the Credit Card No....[protected]. and received a bill for making credit card charges which was not informed to me while signing the For m for New credit card. The representative (Dt:30/03/2013) informed me there is no charge for making the new Credit card and this life time free card. Now you have charged me of Rs. 335.96/- towards annual charges for the same. Therefore, I request you to please waive the same so that I can start to continue using the same. Hoping favourable response.
I have raised repeated complaints with card your So called customer care, but there were of no help. My complaint numbers and Date are 24/04/2013 [protected], 08/05/2013 [protected], 21/05/2013 [protected]
