16months ago, I have resigned the company. I submitted form for PF(Provident fund) withdrawal & did many calls to HR and Hyderabad PF office for my PF enquiry but still my PF is not credited to my given account no.



kindly do the needful for my PF settlement.

    I would like to bring to your kind notice some of the terms and conditions and charges of HDFC Pension Champion which I have started investing in 2010.

    HDFC Life insurance I feel is almost cheating the investor for the following reasons.

    Minimum duration for paying the premium is 3 years for the above funds.

    There are various charges included
    investment allocaion rate (10% to 40%)
    policy administration charge (0.95% of the premium amount per month )
    fund management charge (1.25%)
    Surrender charges

    Surrender charge is especially forcing common investment due to following reasons
    If the premiun is stopped in between, the policy is automatically cancelled and surrendered.
    The surrender charges is 100% in the first year, 50% in the seconf year, 30% in the third year, 15% in the forth year.
    Therefore the investor is forced to invest in the fund for 3 years even if he notices that the fund is not performing well.

    It is similar to the zamindar system that existed in India, where rich and powerful people were forcing slavery on farmers.


    These charges are not mentioned in the website which advertise about the fund.
    The fund manager and the website only indicate the benifits
    Therefore the investor is kept in the dark about these charges during investment.
    After the first year investment is made, they send a brochure explaining the charges. And the investor cannot withdrawn from investment because of the surrender charges. The investor is in a trap.

    I am completely not satisfied by the by such charges and terms and conditions and by the way they are cheating common people by hiding the applicable charges.

    It would be of great help if your good office could support me so that I am not forced to furhter invest in HDFC Pension Champion.

    I want to surrender the fund at the market price on the date of the surender.

    If you have any further advice to me, kindly please advice me how to take it forward.

    I am sorry to read about the issue that you are facing with HDFC Life. I completely agree about the deceiving tactics from HDFC Life about not disclosing the charges before hand.

    Unfortunately, I became their latest victim. While discussing the policy, the HDFC Bank and their agents paint the picture green for unsuspecting customers like us to fall for their schemes. I too was assured that there are benefits and only benefits. The Bank Agent (and that too the Asst Branch Manager in my case) conveniently hid the schedule of charges. Only when I received the policy document, I was shocked. And there charges are not cheap and I find myself trapped.

    You nailed it with your Zamindar system statement. The big banks are screwing the simple and middle class people who trusted them with their hard earned money.

    There has to be some recourse for folks like us that these banks are duping so blatantly and openly. If they do not resolve these issues fairly and satisfactorily, then filing a written complaint with the banking ombudsman is one option. See, that's another thing that these sharks rely on that people do not have time to run around the govt. offices or the regulatory bodies are already burdened with so many complaints that they do not have time or resources to give enough time to each of the complaining parties.

    I am also enrolled into the scheme and shocked with the charges which was not informed to me by the sales people who promoted this protect.
    Please all of you stay away from investing in this scheme...HDFC Pesion Champion is chargins almost 1% a month. ICICI Pinnacle super is charging 0.25% with 10% gauranteed highest NAV lockin for 7 yrs.

    Dear All,

    I am also trapped with HDFC pension champion plan. The service charges are too high. You have to pay minimum three years premium and plan do not perform at all. I have lost almost 50% of my investment so far and do not know how much I will be losing further. All is a nexus of deceiving companies which snatch money of innocent and ignorant people like us. Please be aware and do not invest in HDFC pension champion plan.

    Dear all

    Always for tax Saving and investment products go for endowment policies where there will be fixed returns and investments will be for long term. No one can should expect returns from from ULIP policies in first 3 to 4 years due to charges. And whenever taking a policy from any company think about the claim ratio of the company.
    If investments are to be made for short term please go for Mutual funds rather then ULIP life insurance policies where We can expect more Returns

      Subject:-regarding disbursement of home loan
      Sir,
      I myself Dr. Sangeeta Arya and my husband Dr. Anil Kumar Verma both are employed in state medical college. I applied for a home loan 17 lakhs against the property ZP079GF in Sushant city Meerut U.P. . Loan was sanctioned as per the letter dated: 25 Sep 10 undersigned by Mr. Sanjay. At the time of disbursement bank personnel Mr. Navin (HDFC Kanpur branch) refused to hand over the cheque to me, with an excuse that Ansals has not yet started the construction of property ZP079GF, so we could not give you the cheque unless the construction is started. I talked to the Ansals regarding this matter but neither construction of my property was started nor was satisfactory reply given to me by Ansals. After 4-5 months exercise I again asked Mr. Rishi Malhotra (HDFC Kanpur branch), will this problem be solved if this property is changed to property which is under construction in Ansals. Mr. Rishi Malhotra (HDFC Kanpur branch) discussed with some of his colleague and then assured, yes it is possible if your property is changed to property under construction. Although I was having 7 month pregnancy I went to Meerut and tried for the property which is already under construction. I found a property ZP53 an independent house costing around 33 lakhs (12 lakhs costlier than the previous one). To change my property I had to pay the change over fee and as the property is of higher cost I have to bear more financial burden. When I booked the new property an executive from HDFC Meerut branch Mr. Amit told me that we will get your loan sanctioned you just complete certain formalities. I discussed the same with Mr. Rishi Malhotra as he helped for the first loan taken by my husband Dr. Anil Kumar Verma against an Avas Vikas property at Kanpur. Mr. Rishi Malhotra told me that if Meerut branch is sanctioning the loan then there will be no problem in Kanpur also and you need not to give the processing fee again as it will be managed with previous sanctioned loan. Mr. Rishi Malhotra asked me to wait a day or two to get it confirmed officially. I waited and after two days asked many times from Mr. Rishi Malhotra to confirm that my loan will be sanctioned or not. There was no reply till 12 days. I again asked Mr Rishi Malhotra for the confirmation so that I can get the tripartite agreement from the builder for HDFC bank. Then it was told to me verbally by Mr. Rishi Malhotra that he has talked to his senior colleague and no need to worry as previous loan disbursement was stopped because property was in the apartment and no construction was started, but the present property is an independent house and construction has already been started so loan will be sanctioned. So even being 8 month pregnant I went to Meerut and brought the TPT agreement. I completed all other formality and submitted the TPT agreement in the bank. Mr. Rishi Malhotra told me that he has confirmed from Mr. Rahul and I can collect the cheque by tomorrow. Next day when my husband called him for the confirmation of time to reach bank for receiving the check then Mr. Rahul first time talked my husband and told that HDFC Meerut branch has made an objection that loan will not be sanctioned until 70 % construction is completed. Regarding my complaint my husband called to Mumbai customer care center on 01 – 08 – 2011 at 3:30 p.m. , from where it was told that UP is covered from Lucknow and one phone number of madam Dipti Mittal at lucknow branch given to me. Then my husband talked to madam Dipti mittal and told her complete details of my problem. She said that I will call you back after confirming the whole matter from Mr. Rahul and its solution in your favor. We waited for her back call till 05 – 08 – 2011, but I didn’t receive any call from her. My husband again called her on 05 – 08 – 2011 at 5:30 p.m. but it was late so he couldn’t talk to her. As my husband tried twice or thrice from 01 – 08 – 2011 to 05 – 08 – 2011 between 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. to contact Mr. Rahul but couldn’t as all the time he was not on seat but on lunch. So my husband called Mr. Rishi on his personal number regarding matter but he gave the phone to Mr. Rahul as he was too sitting nearby. Mr. Rahul told my husband that we can’t disburse the loan due to non construction of the 70 % property. When my husband asked, you were saying that you will call me back when we talked before but why you didn’t. He said that he didn’t call me back as he already told me about the non disbursement. My husband told him that last time our loan disbursement was hold although check was prepared as told by Mr Naveen (HDFC bank Kanpur branch) and this time again loan disbursement hold although loan sanction was confirmed on phone by Mr. Rishi. Regarding this matter Mr. Rahul accused his colleague that how he has confirmed you the loan. So after that much discussion my husband asked, if builder claims fine for the late payment then who will be responsible and are we free to go to customer care or consumer forum and lodge a complaint by your branch and your name regarding our harassment being a customer? Then Mr. Rahul asked us to wait for two days so he can discuss with builder for not charging any late payment fee with same in writing to the customer (Dr. Anil Kumar Verma) and and he will too confirm us the same on mail, but till date we haven’t got any mail.
      Being a customer we are too much harassed by HDFC loan section. If HDFC is not able to disburse me the loan then it could have informed me before so that I could have gone for another option. Now this has become fault at my part for the late payment to the builder. Who will bear the extra financial burden of this late payment and upto when I would be harassed more?
      Why should not I go to the consumer forum against the bank for a full term pregnant female’s harassment? Why I should not go to other banks for the home loan and also for the takeover of previous home loan by other bank against Avas Vikas property at Kanpur?

        I had taken a Home loan from HDFC Ltd, Ghaziabad Branch. The bank has not deducted its EMI since July'11. I had talked in this respect to customer care and the branch also. They were of the openion that ECS system has not been activated, though I had already submitted all the documents in this respect before disbursement of the loan. Now the amount outstanding is for two months and they have charged interest for late payment, though the fault is of the bank.

          sir,
          I have a current a/c in name of sri r.r. jewels no ; [protected]. santhome branch, chennai. on 30.5.2011 sum of rupees 2581.02 and rs 225.58 on 3.7.2011. were charged for as cash deposit charges. for which i gave a letter to the local branch ,they said that i can deposit only 2 lakhs per month only. this is my third year of operation in my account i was never charged like this but now suddenly they started without intimating me .I dont understand , a person opens current account ,when he has lot of transactions of cash now i[censored] charge then why should we open a current account.It is their duty to inforn the customer now they are telling if you have more than 50000.00 cash balance you will get more services at present i maintain more than 15000. now will they repay my money or not ,orelse iam ready to close my current account plus my savings ac,my sons ac,and another 4 ac all of my family members. total of 7 acconts. because they may change their plans any time ,they say iam a priviliged customer but this is not the way to treat a priviliged customer. inspite of telling in santhome branch i have never got the repayment.. please reply me so that i can close my all account at earliest and open at some good bank who cares for their customers

            I got a Rs 6 transaction made at Blr on my credit card of HDFC.

            I called and they asked me to get a new card.

            They do not seem to have tracked the fraudster as he is siphoning off small amounts from every card methodically.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            myself jitender opened an account one months back your executive told me that you will get your welcome kit with in one week but I am very shocked many of times I called to your branch manager but nobody is taking it seriously every time they said that we will get the courrier tomarrow but still I not get my kit.I am very shamed to feel that you people are not worry about the reputation of your bank. I am very dissatisfied with dealing of your bank. there is no any importance for customers in eyes.

            HDFC Bank Credit Cards — Undue Harassment and financial penalty

            Dear Sir,



            HDFC Bank has been harassing me for the last one year on charges which were disputed by me. Since then I have been writing to them again and again but to no avail.

            I have forwarded a few of my latest communications for your perusal. I need your help to :



            1 Stop harassment of HDFC Bank.

            2 To get my last charge reversed which was by way of a lien the company put on my account I hold with them.

            3 To penalize the bank for troubling me with incessant follow up and statements with interest and penalty charges.



            I can send you all my communication with them so far.



            The summary is



            I lost their card last year April and on intimation the card was deactivated.

            The statement came only in June and immediately 3 transactions were disputed by me.

            The bank never came up with the charge slips for confirmation whether the transactions were done by me or not.

            Due to continuous trouble and a lien on my bank account I paid up for two transactions and kept one transaction to be cleared by the bank.

            Instead of clearing the issue the bank again put a lien and this time recovered @ 3200 from the bank despite me asking for a clarification on the disputed transaction.



            I now want my money back and also to penalize the bank with a token amount for the harassment.



            Please let me know how your firm can help. I have had a good experience last time when ICICI Bank was found wanting in its service and sine then I am a satisfied customer of that bank for last 4 years.

            sir main mahendra singh maine hdfc ka credit card liya tha jiska due 5000 rs tha maine kisi karan wash payment me deri ki jisse mera balance 8500 ho gaya bank ke ek karmchari ne ise 5500 me settle ke liye kaha to maine 3500 payment kar diya aur baaki ka payment maine settlement letter dene baad karne ko kaha lekin usne mujhe sirf 2000 hajar ki rahid di aur dhamki bhare phone bhi karta tha delhi police ke naam se main bahut dar gaya aur maine lower se baat ki to wo aage payment na karne aur aapki madad lene ke liye bole aap se nivedan hai ki meri is samasya ka samadhan kijiye aur mera settlement karakar hamari madad kare aap ki mahan kripa hogi.

            Am another customer from Mumbai & i got a similar msg for such transaction for Re 1.00. However when i checked with the customer care they had no clue about the same. There have been so many such incidences put up on website then why there is not solution from your end? Today it is only 1 re tomorrow it can be a higher value. Also based on your feedback i have wrote a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com 3 days before but till date there is no revert or even acknowledgement on the mail. Can you please explain.

            This seems really wierd. The last complaint on this issue was in Aug. And after 2 months I face the same incident where my card has been used for transaction of Rs1.00 in Bangalore at Dummy MER Retail. And as usual the customer care has no clue about it. I wonder if HDFC bank is even bothered regarding this issue.
            Guys there is an explaination to this.
            This happens when you apply for a new CC and you give you existing CC as a proof document.

            Hi I am using HDFC CC and I faced the same issue today. Rs 1 got deducted and SMS says card was used at DUMMY MER RETAIL. I have applied for Standard Chartered Card too some time back. Upon investigation with the HDFC bank I came to know that it was a dummy transaction to validate my card for standard chartered. Money has not been deducted. Its an exercise to validate my card. Its not a security concern.

            Its true that all executives at HDFC are not aware about this. First executive I spoke to could not explain this and blocked my card. Then to investigate more I called again and I was lucky this time to come across an executive who was aware about this and even before I told him the whole case he completed the case and gave me a logical explanation about this incident.

I think it was fault of HDFC which would not take care of all this type of issue as periority level..User become frustrate to know about their card use .

              I applied for a Car loan in the month of May,2011 for Rs.6.99 lacs for my new Volkswagen Vento car and at the time of taking loan I was told that my monthly EMI will be less than Rs.15,238/-. But to my surprise, when I saw my bank statement, they charged me Rs.15,480/- instead of Rs.15,238/-. I lodged a complaint with HDFC Car loansupport department, and dealt with Mr. Ashish Bhatia and Sachin Gandhi, who assured me, even in writing, saying that a cheque will be sent to me within 15 days on account of the differential amount as this fraudulent activity was done by their DSA.

              When I did not receive any amount even after 22 days, I called Mr. Sachin Gandhi, who informed me that since I have already signed loan papers, now they cannot do anything and no refund will be made to me. After talking to these two gentlemen it was also clear that these guys of HDFC have been trained to ditch their customers and squeeze money from their pockets in connivance with DSA. On asking they do not give any Senior Official's contact no. or detail, saying they do not have authority to disclose the same.

              I think such bank should immediately be banned in the country who do not honour their commitments and who make false promises to their customers to get business and to deceive them later.

                Regretfully, I want to comunicate about most poor services, even for
                closing the DEMAT & Trading account of HDFC Securities.
                I am continuously running to their various offices in
                Jaipur since almost last 6 months for closing the account (client ID
                [protected], but every time the office people says that we will not close the
                account, and every time provide different information & requirement for
                closing the account and nobody takes responsibility to close the account.

                Also one of your officer's told that, we are not paid for closing the
                accounts; we are paid for opening the new accounts, and if you are
                intelligent enough, then understand, why we are not closing this account.

                I have visited your Tonk Road, & C Scheme offices multiple times and as I
                am a house wife and not able to visit any more due to my personal
                constraints, I request you to please communicate to HDFC Sec to get my account closed with immediate effect.

                HDFC securities trading account — I have not got a trading account with HDFC securities

                I have been banking with HDFC for last couple of years.I have a savings account /cauurent with HDFC and i have loan with HDFC.I also have a IT saving scheme with HDFC but my attempt to get an trading acoount with HDFC has been futile.The attitude of the people doing it also seems like they want to take out reasons to not help me.I have some shares in the DMAT account also

                  I was adviced for a policy as stated above. I was given a calculation that this will be better than the FD. I was not shown the calculation as the laptop went down of the consultant. I believed and asked them to go ahead if it is so. Since the consultants were known people of HDFC bank I just thought it will be so. But when I did calculation after some time I felt it was way behind the FD returns. I asked them to stop the processing. They said giving stop payment of cheque is not nice. You can withdraw after receiving the bond. I am not sure why they are not adviced to sell a product which is not good - but it is their head ache. For me I lost the interest until I get the value back in my account which takes typically 20 plus days. Will get back to this complaint if this is not cancelled after 20 days. Meanwhile it is for HDFC bank to advice their relatonship managers to explain everything.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have taken above mention policy in 2006 and every year I am paying premium of Rs. 30,000. 00 per annum.
                          This year my premium was due on 23/6/2011 and I have paid through cheque no. 49953 of Citi bank dated 20/6/2011. I have been told at HDFC Bhandup branch to drop the cheque at drop box which I did on 20/6/11.
                          I was surprise to get message about nonpayment of premium. When I enquired about this at Vikhroli branch, they have told that you have not paid the premium and asked me about proof of payment.
                          On 5/7 2011 I have complained in writing along with my bank statement issued by Citi bank which shows that amount is debited from my account on 24/6/2011.
                          On 15/7/11 I have received a mail from Mr.manoj raman to arrange a certificate from Citi bank regarding this.
                          I have requested Citibank for the certificate which they have issued on 22/7/11. I have submitted the certificate of citi bank at Vikhroli branch on 23/7/2011 and mail to mr.Manoj raman as well.
                          I suffering since 24/6/11 due to mistake from HDFC SLIC and not getting co operation from them.

                          Please take necessary action to resolve the problem.

                            I made a purchase on Ebay by using a Virtual Credit card(from my debit card) of Rs. 18,000.00 through HDFC's Netsafe option. Payment was made by Paypal Guest account. Initially payment was success but after 2 days seller claims to have refunded my money. There is no way of confirming refunds on Netsafe's Transaction details.
                            HDFC's Customer care says I'll have to wait for 3 months and whatever money there is will be added to my account.

                            hi, i am from jalandhar punjab.i tried to make a payment attaching my netsafe card worth 5750rs to my paypal account.while paying paypal said "transaction declined by the issuing bank".so the card was totaly unused but the amount of rs 5750rs is not credited back to my account after 15days.i tried customer care but they are just useless people good for nothing nor do they have any knowledge of the stuff.branch staff is as worse.i had created other cards of 5350rs and 5300rs but same result.payment is blocked.showing status as in use.someone help please.my email is [protected]@gmail.com

                                Subject: Request for refund of Home Loan processing fee.

                                Sir,

                                In reference to HDFC MORTGAGE LOAN APPROVAL - Proposal No: 80,204,739.00 dated 11 July 2011, this is to inform you that Im really disappointed with the service you offer the customer who comes for loan. I don't feel like having any relationship with HDFC from now on. I have applied for loan aproximately on 26th of June 2011 along with my reason for the loan. I spent almost 35 days for getting all those documents requested from the bank. Finally after the loan has been sanctioned, it has been blocked by the Credit Department due to following reason of “Induce is not good”. This is really not a good service. If the loan can't be sanctioned even after i have given every single document you requested in the period of time and also i gone through all verifications needed even property evaluation was done by HDFC.

                                Now there was a call from HDFC BANK and says your loan induce is not good to convince the credit person so we can't give the loan. My question is why can't you can say at the time of applying itself ie, before getting the process fee of Rs.5,515.00 from the customer. It makes make feel that its just an eyewash to make the customer apply for loan and after getting a process fee you can just say credit person has hold the loan amount. I met you (THE BRANCH MANAGER, 100 Feet Road, Pondicherry) at 7pm on 03rd Aug 2011 but your reply was not satisfactory for me. You have told that Sales & Credit department are different we can't recommend you in this as a BRANCH MANAGER but as a customer we came to HDFC BANK and we don't have to think about Sales & Credit department. So i kindly request you to give me the reason for not giving the loan in a written format.

                                I have received only the information regarding loan sanction from the loan agent and so far no sanction letter has been issued by the bank and no disbursement has been done. Therefore, If the loan amount of Rs.6,50,000 can't be sanctioned, I would like to request you to refund the amount of Rs. 5,515.00 that was paid by me through cheque to HDFC as processing fee.

I have requested them not to renew my policy after its expiry, but still they have renewed my policy and charged my credit card without my consent. i gave my credit card number via phone at the time of my first policy booking. They are using those details and charging my credit car without my permission. my humble request to all, plz dont buy and suffer like me.....

                                    I, Shweta Dubey, holding one Saving Account with HDFC Bank [protected] DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon Location, Without any Information and any permission Bank Executives deducted Amount of Rs. 17306/- from my Saving Account, When I called to Customer Care after 6 – 7 Executive they told me simply that amount is deducted by Loan Department and I have to connect with them.

                                    This is not acceptable if any of your customer holding account with you and trust that their money is safe with you (HDFC Bank) and Bank Person without any information and permission and any message communication they deducted the amount.

                                    This Transaction will treat as a fraud and cheat, when Bank will treat both of the department (Bank and Loan) separately in this case before any transaction loan department has to inform customer and do some paper work. Because regarding my Education Loan I already handed over my PDC (Post Dated Check of SBI Bank to the Bank Executive).

                                    I already informed to the bank Executives and Recovery Agency to provide me a Scan Copy of cheque and drop me a mail and let me know the bank where I can drop cheque amount locally, I recently relocated from Gurgaon Location to Banglore Location.

                                    Loan department is not authorized to deduct the amount from any bank if loan amount is unpaid and if they already have PDC check,

                                    If you check my loan history than you will come to know, earlier also I paid PDC check from CITI Bank, when that account closed I informed to the bank and hand over them my SBI Bank Cheque Leaves accordingly, after so much follow up with some Gaurav and Neha they got succeed to get the back the cheques leaves from Neha as per another executive Jyothi conveyed from Delhi, till that time I am used to get calls for cheque bounced from New- New Exectives, If you see u will come to know many time they drop check to closed bank and later they rectify their mistake

                                    Please check the matter in detail and do respond and revert the money within EOD.

                                      I am Vinod kapoor. I have taken a used car loan from the HDFC Bank. Every month a agent come from bank and take the EMI amount of rs 5239/- . I got a call from bank on 29/11/2010 that agent is coming to your home to collect the EMI. I said ok send him my wife will give the money after few hours one person went to my home and said I m agent from HDFC bank and come here to collect the EMI of rs 5239/ and he told my wife the same Loan A/C number which I have. He took the emi amount and gave the receipt. After 10 mins one more guy came and said I m agent from hdfc bank and come here for EMI amount then my wife said to him one of your collogue taken the emi then he said can you show me the receipt, when he saw that he said he was fraud, you get cheated.

                                      After that I called up the HDFC bank that how can my personal information leak out to any person that anyone come and take the money. And when I said them please look to this matter they are saying we can do anything you need to pay again rs 5239/ for the month of November 2010.

                                      But why should I pay extra as its fault from bank. Please help me in this matter as I cant handle this more.

                                      Pls take action against Bank. Otherwise i will load complaint against bank in "RBI Complaint Forum"
                                      And I have major financial problem, I can't make payment. My family is in problem.

                                      This is a lapse on the part of HDFC bank. An employer is responsible for the deeds of it's employee. How come HDFC bank can employ somebody who is a cheater.
