I had a HDFC Gold credit card which was stolen and used. I informed the same to the HDFC customer care about that and requested for the action. But they didnot respond on that. I followed upp with them by sending mails and doing phone calls to the customer care but no one revert. Now when the amount accrued from Rs 15000 to Rs 40,000, one of the associates calls me ask talk in the abusive language and says that you stole the money. I even told him to settle the dispute but i got no response. And now after long even when i paid the dues i still am getting negative report in Seibel.
