[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card returned | |||
Dear Sir, I had applied for HDFC credit card & I had message from bank that your credit card is delivered. As I am going for service early in the morning & return late night, my mother stay at my home during the day time. It was told to me that Card is delivered through Express IT courier service & they will call you first & come to your home. But no call is received on my phone & at my residence. Yesterday I got SMS that your card is returned. How this can happen ? Is this the way to give service to your customer? Please do the needful Deliver the card immediately. I am out of station for atleast month for company work & return in first week of May. Please call at my residence before delievery. I had applied credit card and they send to me through blue dart courier services but as I gave my office address they don't call me and after that i got a message from HDFC bank as your credit card returned.
Kindly suggest me what is the next procedure to get my credit card.

Hi, I live in Hyderabad. My credit card returned. I changed my address recently. I went to bank, filled the form and received message confirming that the address has been changed.
My credit card sent to old address. Could you please deliver the card to the new address?
I tried contacting customer service but it is only automated responses. No option to connect with the executive or to request the card to the new address.
Please resolve. The validity on my card has expired today 05/01. Please resolve at the earliest.
