My valuable time is wasted because of HDFC!
HDFC least cares about customer service. Horrible experience to get a response from them for more than two weeks and nobody from HDFC has taken ownership of my problem! My ECS has started and automatically deducted the EMI from my bank account but the home loan statement still showing as outstanding and on top of it charged additional interest. Mailed multiple times but nobody responded. I visited their office in Singapore and i was told "what we can do is send the information to the office in India and you can wait for them to reply". HDFC is lousy bank and I suggest anyone new to HDFC please don't operate with them as their quality of service is pathetic. When i go to India i will look into the options on how to get out from HDFC.
I will try to post my frustration in all social media sites that i know of as i really want this bank to close down if they don't bother to improve their service quality and waste people's valuable time. Was this information helpful? |
