[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Harrassment of employees

me maria george want to make a complaint against Hdfc Bank ltd.the Employees in this bank are harrased and the life becomes hell after joining this bank.
employees are not allowed to take leave even if they have sufficient balance also they have been told by the Branch Managers" leave is not your right" i think HDFC bank Hr has forgotton that there exist Labour office.
Employees has to work till late hours from 9 to 10-11-12 which is against the employement rule and they even don't get any overtime allowance for that.
i would like to get this into notice of the MD of the bank Mr.Aaditya Puri.
HDFC bank has forgotton that it has established the topmost position only because of their employees and they r least bothered...
HDFC bank has started the new policy now a days they ask their employees to close the "batch" exactly on 7.00 but they ask employees to work late after that.the idea behind closing batch is employees should leave branch by 7.00 but there is not a single day when employees can go home on 7.00.
specially in Silvassa branch this harrasment has reached at the highest point employees are fed up and searching for the new job or just quitting.
honarable Mr.Aditya Puri please take a look at this situation otherwise it will be very dangerous for the coming future.

shriram life insurance company ltd — non issue of salary since three months

working with the company since three months and i haven't recieved a single penny from the company and now when i'm presurising the company they are threatening to terminate from the company.and this is not only with me there are many more in the company near about 40-50 persons are not getting salary from the company..

plese take some strict actions against the company..

its spoiling the carrier of many youngsters.. and many more.. i'm totally broke..

Dear Concern,

I am sunil Joshi, using HDFC bank A/c No. [protected] since 3 yrs. On 21st Apr, 2009 somebody has deposit amount into my account and bank has been credited Rs. 110 from my account without any prior notice or information.

Except HDFC bank, no other bank is taking charges like this. After confirmation on phone banking, bank officials told this is private banking and they have their own rules and regulation. My question is any private bank can do anything without any notice presented by RBI. Please involve in this matter and try to break all this kind of rules made by banks only.
Your help in this regards would be highly appreciated.

I totally agree with her in this case there are many cases where we are forced to keep our mouth shut by our seniors...we are mentally harrassed and torched and sometimes our senior use abusive langauages also for their juniors...there is no time limit of work...we are there to work constantly without even a single break but our seniors can leave the office when ever they feel like ...they can go for shopping etc...there has been many cases being observed in UP...where employees are harrased and treated like dogs...is there no one who can listen to our problems the conditions are pathetic with ADFC staff...i think being an ADFC is like a bad mark in our lives...I request Mr.Aditya Puri to please take some strict action against this else time may come when no ADFC Staff will feel comfortable enough in working with HDFC Bank...we are also the part of HDFC Bank Ltd we are the last but not the least...we also contribute the best of our efforts in HDFC Bank but the salary structure is also too low plus the atmosphere in which we work is also pathetic...we are treated like dogs...its a humble request plz don something for ADFC else i dont think there would be anyone who agree to join HDFC Bank as ADFC Staff...Mr.Puri we are looking at you for helping hands...we are also not paid for late sitting...and when we ask for the same from our seniors we are blown away from their end saying that you lack ability and knowledge thats y are u an ADFC and you will remain the same and ur not there to ask just do wat ever you are asked to do and donot try to use ur brain...and we ask for leaves we are pointed towards our work that who will do your work??????????? I remember the case when my dad was admitted in hospital since he was not able to breathe there was blockage in his nasal and I asked my boss can i take leave today since i have to see my dad in hospital...i was simply refused saying "NO"...so you can understand wat sort of problem we are facing...HDFC employees are given the permission that they can take sat off after informing to their senior and laying the request in lono...y cant we dont we work for our bank dont we put the best efforts to make our bank the best bank across India...Mr.Puri, I once again want you to please have a look on the pathetic conditions of ADFCs...Will wait for your quick action against this...

HDFC BANK LIMITED — Statement not issued

Hello,

I had requested a statement for 1 year to be generated from my two Savings Bank Accounts and 1 current account held with Koramangala Branch, Bangalore.

The statement generation charges of Rs. 50 per account have been promptly deducted from my accuont but the statements have not been sent to me by post, email or personally at my branch despite several trips and requests.

It appears that there are a bunch of incompetent buffons out there manning the branch counters as well as PhoneBanking.

I have been personally assured by one of the "relationship" managers at the branch that the statement will be delivered by office boy, courier email etc, but these assurances never come true.

I know it does not make a difference to these and I am banking with them on a minimalistic because my accounts are locked to certain other services. But, I am giong to explore the next opportunity to move my accounts out of HDFC Bank. I have already moved out 5 other current accounts from here to Vijaya Bank which is more approachable and not tied down to "technological" problems.

But, this is the standard, consistent attitude of this "new-generation" bank (others are no better, or even worse).

hi. i m kirti from rudrapur working in a company.last monday i went to bank to open the salaried account.but the agent in the bank and other senior did not take any serious consideration.they were just trying to ignore. i think they have no respect for their customers.while talkin with mr. varun he was making me fool.i went their three time in a month.while my formalities are ful yet they are making me fool.plz do needful to avoid this in future

I’m the one o[censored]ser of your bank last 1 year and having saving account successfully before this problem.

On 30th June I had dropped the cheque amount of 8k at your Nehru Place branch, previously cheque date was not mention so mine cheque got returned at my mailing address. This confirmation I got received during the phone call with your customer care executives. But till now I did not received any cheque at mine mailing address. After that I had visited at Nehru Place branch to confirm my checque’s status. But customer care executives and bank staff (Mr Arpit Agarwal and Ram kumar Branch-Nehru Place) was not giving me any satisfied reply also misbehaving with me. During the branch visit, customer care executive was confirmed me that if you are not able to your cheque status then you have to made the visit at your home branch.



This is very pathetic condition for me, I’m not able to know my checque’s status and due to this my personal work has been interrupted. For any problem’s resolution TAT is defined 7 days but almost it has been 15 days passed but no resolution received.



But I’m totally disappointed that what should I do for the cheque’s clearance?

Auditor — Bus service inadequate

Dear Sir,
Route No 111 is being operated from Gandipuram to Tudiyalur at proper timings and I really appreciate maitaining on time.
But more ove when it reaches morning at 8.40 am at saravanampatti jucntion it seems oveloaded and passengers are found in foot board which is not advisable against safety norms

This is because so many institution, industries, IT parks situated at saravampatti tudiyalur area

To avoid overcrowd transport corporation shall introduce additional buses between 8.40 to 9.00AM at saravanampatti pirivu which will ply towards tudiyalur

We request you to check the crowd at morning hrs you can depute your personnel at peak hrs

HDFC Bank — Over bad service of hdfc and thier intention

I have not seen such a deliberate harrasment by any service provider and particulary a bank such as HDFC Bank

Thier rep are bid to tourcher and give mental pain as much as to the customers - they are least bother and they dont have any wish that frastrated customer even if go and said this to multiple others.

Not even me i come across many who have been royely screwed up by the such a pathetic service given by the bank.

For one loan closure they have trouble as much as possible and took 4 months to complete the process. Neverthleast they misplaced high amount Rs.28L cheque and didnt have any answer. thier so called unmannered girls rep who deal with loan dept are trained to behave rudely with customers and asked to not to extend any help to custmers

Even this policy of 7.00 pm is for thr top brass, come to the North hub at Rajouri Garden, ansal classique tower, new delhi where HDFC BANK has 10 storey at 10 pm you will find people working. people havve find ways to circumvent the policy.. they will say my staff in coming in two shifts. in fact in HDFCBANK, 12-16 hours a day in non -issue. And every year we hear that the Bank has won a awad on employee satisfaction.. all lies..all kind of exploitation goes on.. in Phone banking girls are asked to come early and sign in the register at time 8 am. in collection, ppl cant leave till 1.00 pm.. bosses uses the worst kind of foul language and suggest only way to get promoted in to sleep with him.. plight of ADFC-SUPPORT STAFF is worst .

Railway — not taking travel allowance in salary

this is ajay kewat. my father works in jabalpur as head TTE in railways. every time he face problem in getting his salary in his bank accounts. and also he face problem to get his travelling allowance . that staff who engage to calculate salary including travelling allowance do not add this into salary..i want to complain against regarding this.
