[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Harrassment of employees

me maria george want to make a complaint against Hdfc Bank ltd.the Employees in this bank are harrased and the life becomes hell after joining this bank.
employees are not allowed to take leave even if they have sufficient balance also they have been told by the Branch Managers" leave is not your right" i think HDFC bank Hr has forgotton that there exist Labour office.
Employees has to work till late hours from 9 to 10-11-12 which is against the employement rule and they even don't get any overtime allowance for that.
i would like to get this into notice of the MD of the bank Mr.Aaditya Puri.
HDFC bank has forgotton that it has established the topmost position only because of their employees and they r least bothered...
HDFC bank has started the new policy now a days they ask their employees to close the "batch" exactly on 7.00 but they ask employees to work late after that.the idea behind closing batch is employees should leave branch by 7.00 but there is not a single day when employees can go home on 7.00.
specially in Silvassa branch this harrasment has reached at the highest point employees are fed up and searching for the new job or just quitting.
honarable Mr.Aditya Puri please take a look at this situation otherwise it will be very dangerous for the coming future.

HDFC Credit Card — abusing like hell from bank where i want to pay the amount

respected sir/madam
myself srimanta kumar saha using your bank credit card no([protected]) from last one year. i got purchase around 26k and already paid 15k in last one year by paying minimum balance every month. but in this month due to some financial problem i was unable to give my minimum balance , but afterwards i was ready to pay my whole due amount at a time that will be arround 28k in this month but sorry to say i visited in your gillender house branch but no one is entertain me for payment they send me 1st 'c' block then told me to go 'f' block where i mate with one of your banking staff arunima sarkar. she said ms priya chatterjee is looking for my account so she only can help in this matter so come on monday that day the she will take my payment. ms priya chatterjee previously called me up but the way she speak i dnt think that she is belongs from any cultural family.the way she speak its really pathetic i[censored] dont mind then i can send you her recorded voice also which i recorded when i was talking with her. she used very pathetic slang which i canot write even.
1st of all u cannot call me a defaulter . your executive when came to me to take the card he said that all the facilities am having in my card i specially asked about emi facility he said its very common thing definitely i will get this after a big amount purchase. but after a big purchase when i call for emi nobody entertain me from customer care they replied that there is no emi facility in my card only it can be possible if i pay the minimum balance for the 6 months . afterwards it can be convert into in emi but after 6 months also the same thing was happened again told me to pay minimum balance for next 6 months that time i told that at least shift my payment due date which is in 3rd of every month make it atleast 10th of every month since i get my salary on every month 7th it will be flexible for me to pay. atleast i will be able to pay in time thats the things also refused from your customer care end.
now in this month when i was unable to pay my minimum due i got a call from ms priya chatterjee. that was a pathetic from her side i know i was unable to pay for a month it means not that your people will give the slang in this way.
i try to make her understand that i want to pay the whole amount at a time in this month give me some time for that . then after only i went your gillender house branch in kolkata there also they refused to take the whole amount at a time.
now can you tell me where was my fault?
where as i already paid 15k as a minimum due. still am ready to pay my whole due but nobody is ready to take that and they are abusing me like hell and that is also in such a way am feeling like to die coz i never thought in my life that i got the responce in this manner from any bank people.
every daily basis ms priya chatterjee is calling me and telling me to pay the minimum due they are not ready to take the whole amount at a time after daily basis abusing lastly today ms priya chatterjee told me to go on Monday and pay the whole amount and i don't think that they will take and i am feeling very afraid for abusing again.
i dont want to continue your card services any more i just want to return my card and pay the whole amount at a time and in future also i dont want to make any transaction from your bank .
lastly teach your executive to talk with the people. coz you also know very well if take this case to court i can harass your guys very well and lastly bank have to come for settlement but fortunately i am not belongs to that kind of family where we dont cheated the people and my parents teach me also how to talk with the people.
monday i will pay the whole amount and afterwards i want you take some action against ms priya chatter otherwise after clear the payment from my side i will take this things to West Bengal Human Rights Commission. and i am very much serious for this matter. either she has to apologizes me other wise i will see the end of this matter. i want you to take the action from your end if you unable then i will show you what i can do from my end.

hdfc bank employees are still working late.please understand as hdfc bank employees also have personal life! too much work pressure is killing them..also late working hours.
if they want to verify they can check with cc tv's installed.

HDFC bank and Consumer forum — I registered the complaint, but no action

I registered the complaint about 15 to 20 days ago, but yet my complaint regarding HDFC Fraud has been tekn into consideration. The bank sent a mail that they are going to reply in 4 days but they did'nt reply. Please take strict action against the bank or i have to file a POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.
i am working in hdfc bank in ichalkaranji branch from 6 months & my TL, SM, & Upper boss are HARRESHED me. & Still today they do not giving me my 6 months salary & insentives

HDFC Bank — Bank lost my salary check and give no response

I submit my salary check in HDFC bank ( ambala city branch ) on 5th feb. and when i go to bank on 8th Feb. and ask why not my salary comes in my bank a/c . Ms. deepti (working at there ) said me they lost my check and gave me not proper response . Till today , they not find my check and half month is pass out , i face many problems because salary not comes in a/c because of carelessness of Hdfc ambala city branch. I want help from u. HDFC Bank — Harassing through Phone & by visiting Home Uneccesary

I have taken a Loan from HDFC Bank & started making payment regularly before the due date but the bank's People called me every month & asked not to pay through cheque in any HDFC counter or any drop box as I use to pay Through cheque. They asked me to pay to their executive. I agreed & started paying to executive but they charged me late fine as I told them earlier to collect my payment before the due date so that I should not charged any fine but it happend times & I asked them to waived it as I am a good customer. but they didn't. Then I just stopped my payment last month they started calling me for payment but I want them to waive my late payment charges so that I can start making payment regularly. Instead of doing that they called up & started abusing to me, I just got very upset & tried to ignored them. But now they started abusing by calling in my home & also to My neibours.

So, I though that you people might help me out of this.

Please take an action against it & let me know if anything is required.

These HDFC Bank's People and Executives are not having no common sense. Are they human beings are not? While giving the loan searching like dogs to give their property to us. After loan sanctioned if we don't pay in time they again do the same job to scratch us. This is very ridiculous on the baking system and human rights. You better change your address and phone number for some time.

The who robed, done scam earned illegally with other business are giving lot of fund and an amount if that closes, they not even take their pubic hair. They not even touch the particular person.

We people are very soft in nature that's the reason they do whatever they like?Do they not have any family or mother? If the same thing happens to their friends or relatives do they not take any action against those stupids?

Please you better consult human rights commission or any media in your location?

I AM ALSO FACING SAME PROBLEM WITH HDFC BANK. HDFC BANK HOLD MY SALARY A/C WHICH I HAVE RS. 23488/- IN IT. WHEN MY SALARY IS CREDITED ON[protected] THE BANK ON SAME DAY HOLD MY SAVING A/C. PREVIOUSLY I HAVE A CREDIT CARD HAVING OUTSTANDING OF RS.8000/-. ON THAT TIME BANK CHARGED LATE PAYMENT FEE AND FINANCE CHARGES UN NECESSARLY AND I REQUEST THEM TO REVERSE THE CHARGES AFTER THAT I WILL PAY MY OUTSTANDING. BANK REFUSED TO REVERSE THE CHARGES. AND I ALSO DECIDED NOT TO PAY BANK UNTILL BANK NOT REVERSE MY BANK CHARGES.

NOW BANK HOLD MY SALARY A/C AND SAYS YOU HAVE AN OUTSTANDING OF RS. 37000/- ON YOUR CARD. I DONT KNOW HOW BANK CAN CHARGE RS. 29000 AS BANK CHARGES ON A OUTSTANDING OF RS. 8000/-.

hdfc / credit card — Harrassment by HDFC Employee

My name is Manish Dixit and I have been using HDFC credit card since 2004.Credit Card number - [protected]. I have been payng all my bills on time. I also opted for cash on call from bank. Due to the mounted outstanding balance i have been paying my minimum amount since last 1 year and never face any problem.

Now, For the first time, I was not able to make the payment in March as i had to travel to US for a business trip. The first call from bank was recieved by my Father and he had a really bad experience. My father was abused and harassed by the caller who was an HDFC employee. I cant even write what the HDFC employee has said to my father.My father disconnected the call but the caller keep on calling and repeated used profane language whenever my father picked up the phone. I do have those number from where the calls were dialled.

I want all of the services to be stopped right now. I am in United States and will return in August 2010. I will personally visit the HDFC payment collecting office and settle this whole scenerio.

I dont want anyone calling my Father from HDFC bank as i demand a written apology from HDFC.I would not hesitate to go to Court or Police if we recieve any such call again.

Please let me know what information due you need for verification of my CC account so that all the services must put on hold till i return. Please provide me a contact number or email Id of Manager( Customer care) to whom i shall talk personally regarding this matter.

Our branch Head Mr.G Srinivasan is harrasing mentally and teasing , insulting in the presence of the customers. I am mentally worried if this persists I will become lunatic. He is squeezing our blood for the extraction of the work and he should be transferred immediately or severe punishement by labour commissioner. He is making the staffs to work more than 8 hours. I am calling HDFCBANK for credit card since three days, and the customer care service ppl ar replying that their server is down. I have credit card bill of 4402, and i havent used this card for last 1 year.
I am going to file a complaint at cunsumer court. and withdraw all my saving account and fixed deposit with hdfcbank.
