[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Harrassment of employees

me maria george want to make a complaint against Hdfc Bank ltd.the Employees in this bank are harrased and the life becomes hell after joining this bank.
employees are not allowed to take leave even if they have sufficient balance also they have been told by the Branch Managers" leave is not your right" i think HDFC bank Hr has forgotton that there exist Labour office.
Employees has to work till late hours from 9 to 10-11-12 which is against the employement rule and they even don't get any overtime allowance for that.
i would like to get this into notice of the MD of the bank Mr.Aaditya Puri.
HDFC bank has forgotton that it has established the topmost position only because of their employees and they r least bothered...
HDFC bank has started the new policy now a days they ask their employees to close the "batch" exactly on 7.00 but they ask employees to work late after that.the idea behind closing batch is employees should leave branch by 7.00 but there is not a single day when employees can go home on 7.00.
specially in Silvassa branch this harrasment has reached at the highest point employees are fed up and searching for the new job or just quitting.
honarable Mr.Aditya Puri please take a look at this situation otherwise it will be very dangerous for the coming future.

Me Gurudev want to make a complaint against Hdfc Bank ltd.
My Wife is working in this bank and it has made our life a hell. There is no fixed working hours in the bank on an average every employee works for more than 12hrs daily.Some time employee are called to work on Sunday also. Employees are not allowed to take leave.Even a pregnant lady is forced to work for 12hrs daily.

I would like to get this into notice of the MD of the bank Mr.Aaditya Puri. HDFC is at no 1 position as of now but will not remain at this position for much time as no employee is happy in this organization. HDFC bank has forgot ton that it has established the top most position only because of their employees and they are least bothered.

In all the branches this harassment has reached at the highest point employees are fed up and quitting the job.Mr.Aditya Puri please take a look at this situation otherwise it will not take much time for HDFC bank to come at the last position from the 1st position.

HDFC bank has not even released its employee promotion list for 2014-15. Its already Jan 2015... employees are waiting for the promotion list for 2014 ... What a joke .. Dont know why FII are investing so much in this type of institution ... a bunch of Jokers ...
Hopeless bank to work...please don't join.There are banks with much better work environment and people to work with.

We are Balaji Trading Company from Dewas (M.P.) India. We are one of the leading Business house in Dewas District.
We have maintain 40-50 current or saving account with HDFC Bank Ltd in Dewas from last 10 years with very good & healthy relationship. Balaji Trading Company have 1150 lac cc limit in HDFC Bank Ltd. in Dewas Branch. Our Companies's annual turnover are 150-160 Corer in current position. We have started Export Business also from last three months with HDFC Bank due to good and healthy relationship. ''BUT, SORRY TO SAY'' Now, we have been facing a lots of problems with HDFC Bank Ltd from last 7 months. so, due to many problems with HDFC Bank we are going to other Bank (Bank of India), we have taken 900 lac EPC limit all ready in PARI AGRO INDUSTRIES ACCOUNT through Bank Of India. And we are planing to shifting our BALAJI TRADING COMPANY 'S accounts in Bank of India now with previous CC limit. Because we think, HDFC Bank have no need o[censored]s types of clients.
Today our account person (Balaji Trading Company)was standing 1.30 hour in Dewas Branch (HDFC Bank Ltd.) for payment but, Dewas Brach Manager said Bank have no cash if you have need of cash then go to our Indore vijay nagar Branch then we have collected cash from Vijay Nagar Branch today and HDFC Bank's management know that Dewas to Indore Distance.so, this is very risky for us. We are daily taken huge amount(in cash, for Farmers) from Dewas Branch and Dewas Branch's all staffs know about our daily transaction. due to shortage of cash we have bear loss to 5 lac today. so, please suggest us who is responsible for this loss or who will be pay our 5 lac loss amount. Because due to shortage of cash we have not purchased materials as per our today planing.

one important issue also: when we was taken CC limit from HDFC Bank that time we submitted our property papers and sanction Map. but, we have need of property photo copies now and we have sent mail about this to bank also at 23.04.2015. but, bank is not providing this photo copies, we are continue talking with Mr. sumit dubey (BBG team) for this photo copies then Mr.Sumit ignoring our call and not giving proper reply. i don't think, why are Mr.sumit & his BBG team not giving our properties photo copies.

So, we kindly request to you please accumulate our all the problems and give your suggestion to us as soon as possible. we are waiting for your valuable suggestion and reply.

Personal loan rejection

I have applied for personal loan after the house verification application got rejected stating that customer stays in special category, please explain the exact reason.
I am ex staff and calling the customer care but no one picks up the call and not providing me releiving as well marked hold on my saving acc for credit card outsatnding whereas when i was calling them continuously for my rewards points to redeem they did not helped me and sad we r not able to check the details and will revert later, which has never happened and mistake of those people i am suffering and charged me 1800 extra as penalty.. i have personal loan also if there is a hold how would i pay the emi too and again u will charge me 780.

I apply for pan card update and address change.i submit all documents pan card and Aadhar card but bank not update my pan and not change my address.employ and bank manager not support .your employe busy in whatsup chatting.your employer suggest me pls closed a/c .

I have home loan in the HDFC SDF Kolkata branch, I am facing lots of problem with branch Manager Mr. Koustav chatterjee (emailid:koustav.[protected]@hdfc.com) . His behavior is very rude and unprofessional against his customer, he does not provide proper information whenever I called he does not pick my call even he does not reply of my mail.
I just wanted to change my loan EMI to any other bank due his behavior . Operation manager Mr. sabyasachi ([protected]@hdfc.com) also not interfering in this matter .
I made a prepayment amount around 5 lac but it did not effect to my EMI amount, when ask about it he gives very unprofessional reply which just misleading . I am help less, shell I go to court about it . Please help .

I'm ex- employee of HDFC bank as a CSO. Manager forcely take my resignation letter. The bank donot give me some times to approve myself.
