I am writing to complain and escalate on one of the matters we seem not getting resolved despite waiting for over 3 months now. Following is an account of what happened:
1. On 31st Oct 2009, we requested the Bank to enable Third-party transfer facility on our Internet Banking account.
2. The Bank personnel never update us, we keep following up only to find that they missed something.
3. They come back to us, take another signature, company's seal and then nothing happens.
4. This has been like this till date with no result.
5. The latest signature was taken just a week back. No explanation given for delay.
It is now over 3 months and we are still having the access. How can we do business like this? We are totally left in dark. This kind of service is totally unacceptable and we would at this point like to register a legal complaint against the matter and the bank in general. It has come to such as point that we no more care about the other services/products of the bank that we are interested in. A Bank that has no value for its customer's time will not get any value from the customer either. I hope you will register this and take appropriate steps to straighten the matter.
