AUTO LOAN REJECTION

Dear sir,
I applied a Auto Loan from HDFC BANK LTD about 15 days ago.I deposited all necessary documents to HDFC BANK LTD. FI has been done by bank. Bank official Mr manoj said that FI and all the documents are ok. But they rejected my loan without giving me any specific reason.The reference number given by bank is HBL=010-829-964. I have well track record with ICICI BANK and i provide the all related documents to HDFC BANK LTD. firstly they told me that my loan is approved but now they rejected my loan. I have e-mailed so many times but they are not giving me any response.please take necessary action against HDFC BANK for humiliating me.
