Dear sir/madam, As per HDFC bank records, Debit card PIN (Card No. [protected]) has been dispatched to my temporary address (BANISETTI DIVYA, SATYAM COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITED, STC SURVEY NO. 62/A, BAHADUR PALLY, HYDERABAD - 500043 ) on June 06, 2012 and the same has been delivered to Srikanth (ID No.[protected] on June 06, 2012. But i have not yet received that. Kindly dispatch the new pin to my permanent address "BANISETTI DIVYA, D/O BANISETTI GOVINDA RAO, PEDDA VEEDHI, BHYRI SINGUPURAM, SRIKAKULAM DISTRICT - 532185" as early as possible. early action solicited. We confirm that all the deliverables are sent to the mailing address updated on bank records. In case your address is change, please update the same with bank records, post which you can apply for new pin through branch, phone banking to be delivered to your desired address updated on our system. As per our system, the debit card pin has been delivered to your existing office address. For security reason we will be unable to dispatch the pin to other address.
