HDFC Bank — False DCD Transaction | |||
Hi This is Ambica Jetty, On 18th There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card. Rs. 554 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 20th morning when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use HDFC Bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Thank god i had only Rs. 554 in my account. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered. I have account in HDFC BANK, Ameerpet branch, I was lost mY VALETTE in ATM, on in that my debit cards of other banks and also credit cards 2500 cash. I was asked at Ameerpet branch, but there is no cameras are working to find that times transaction, and asked at bank people and thet are saying " IF CAMERAS NOT WORKING, WHAT WE CAN DO. U CAN COMPLAINT ON POLICE STATION THEY WILL HELPD U" one lady is there with name of SUBHADRA she is giving very rough responce. In this manner how can they handle the bank.

On 30/09/2014 and 04/10/2014 There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.
Rs 337, and RS 200 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. On 7th morning when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use HDFC Bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Thank god i had only Rs. 600 in my account. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered, going forward M afraid to continue with HDFC account, because if amount are deducting like this who is responsible for this.
Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP.

Today, on 17/03/15, Rs.561 has been deducted from my account, when i checked my mini statement, it shows as a DCD Transaction.
Will that be credited to my account ?? As here few are saying that when we go to nearest bank it will be credited. Is that true ?? Please reply.

Also, I have not seen any response from your customer care team except for one query. Your website also do not state about these DCD issue, whereas I can see a lot of people are facing this issue. Can't you just explain or notify your customer on what this issue is and what they need to do if a transaction like this appear in their statement. You guys keep on sending mail for promoting your products and calling every now and then for loans, but you do not have resources for answering to customers of existing services. Really disappointed with the services provided by HDFC.

Hi i m kanani dilip j hdfc bank aprox 14000 rs charges was last 4 months now yesterday Dcd d charges 862.60 And Pce 268.00 charges . I dont know what means dcd and pca . But open cheat with me .When aprox 14000 charges my accounts i will meet my home branch managers . He say dont worry i will back your maximum money your account but only 1000 is back.I was many time meet my branch officer and manegar they says dont worry few day back your money. 1940000 is my savings account balance but i try 20000 cash dip..By atm and new charges dcd and pca 862.50 and 268 charges .

a sum of rs 850 has been deducted for the same DCD and when i call to customer care no one responces. the executive say please be on line we are transferring this call to accounts department but no one receives the call.
